Renewal not working and customer support ignored me for months! We have now lost our domain (through 21 years) to a chinese scammer site. And all company mail is now send to the other side off the world! Speednames are in HUUUGE problems!

The worst provider I have ever had contact with. Not reliable at all, completely unresponsive, they do not answer on any emails at all. They do not provide any support via telephone. There is no easy way to cancel services that you bought at them, they will do whatever it takes to make it difficult. Be careful. Definitely scam.

Speednames first lost our credit card details for our autorenew, then didn't communicate that a domain expired and now hasn't responded through their ticketing system for 2 weeks.

Incompetent and all the things everyone else has already said... Where do you start, I mean you think you've had your glitch and then they just keep coming! I am in sheer disbelief at the total Lack of responsibility Speednames are taking for the issues they've caused customers, possibly the worst system migration since a well known UK bank in 2018. Adding to this the lack of an apology from anyone in the service team regarding the loss of billing information, their ability to maintain and manage 3rd party registrations for International TLD's and even the straightforward updating of name servers. You log in one day and discover you don't have any domains, billing or contact information and you're casually told, oh yeah that's the because it's in a queue to be migrated to our new, truly awful by the way, portal. I'm now left having to contact overseas registrars for which the local presence was arranged via Speednames, but due to their *migraine'tion appear to have lost the ability to maintain these relationships. *migraine'tion - The outcome of a poorly planned system migration resulting in sequential severe headaches, the only known cure is moving to another registrar. Cheers Speednames, hope you're having a belter.

Skandaløst dårlig kundeservice! Vi har tidligere været meget tilfredse kunder hos Speednames, og har igennem de seneste år samlet alle vores domæner hos dem. Det skulle vise sig, at blive den dårligste beslutning vi nogensinde har taget, da Speednames i slutningen af 2017/starten af 2018 omlagde deres system og derfra sløjfede al kundeservice. Jeg har siden januar 2018 forsøgt, at få flyttet en håndfuld domæner til et søsterselskab, alt var egentligt godkendt og sat til portering, men i forbindelse med deres nye system gik det i hårdknude, og her et år efter er det stadigvæk ikke lykkedes at få disse domæner flyttet. Der er ganske enkelt ingen svar fra hverken support eller fakturering, trods mange mange mange henvendelser. Vi oplevede det samme hen over foråret 2018, hvor vi blev dobbeltfaktureret for 2 domæner. Det tog intet mindre end 12 uger og en massiv mail-/telefonkorrespondance at få krediteret dobbeltfaktureringen. Nu har vi endelig fået nok, og forsøger at flytte alle vores domæner til anden udbyder, men igen er supporten fra Speednames skandaløst dårlig. AUTH koder kan ikke genereres og fremsendes, automatisk fornyelse af disse domæner kan ikke deaktiveres og kundeservice svarer ganske enkelt ikke. Vi kan ikke komme derfra! Næste trin bliver desværre, at vi må gå via vores advokat, men det virker bare grotesk, at en virksomhed som havde så godt styr på det, og hvor vi var så tilfredse med at være, har vendt totalt på en tallerken med deres nye system og nye struktur, og har smadret et rigtigt godt produkt, og gjort livet så surt for deres trofaste kunder. Min helt klare anbefaling er: HOLD JER LANGT VÆK FRA SPEEDNAMES! I kommer formodentligt aldrig derfra igen!

Det er kedeligt man ikke kan give negative stjerner. De yder ikke service og aner ikke hvad de taler om. Der findes ikke ansvarsfulde personer/chefer man kan tale med.

The most incompetent hosting company I have come across. Together with their sister company easily.uk unbelievably bad service. Takes days to get an answer. Most of the time its not right or does not deal with the problem. I am still trying to get them to move my domain name away, and access to my emails is very difficult. New "improved"platform is a waste of time. Forgot to transfer my email package and account information. After 4 weeks still not able to provide me with new parameters to set up outlook or apple mail. Avoid at all costs if you can

I came here to voice my experience with Speednames (part of NetNames), but the reviews in here says it all. I have spent more than 9 months trying to gain access to my account and domain, but the "technicians" are unable to provide me with my username. This company provides less customer service than a temp in a discount store

An update for what it's worth. The clowns have at least paid up although no apology or explanation of the events or how secure personal data is. So guys, go ahead, raise your complaints and take them to court for failing to provide a service and unauthorised taking of money from your accounts. You'll win they'll pay and eventually the imbeciles might just get the message. I have also reported them to the ICO for suspected data breaches.

The reviews on TrustPilot say it all. They appear far too incompetent and confused to be dishonest. Like many others I was a happy NetBenefit user and since being taken over by Speednames its an absolute disaster. You know they cannot even spell the email address on their own website as speednams! I am still awaiting response to a complaint in early November. They overreached and deserve to go bankrupt.

This is outrageous!!! Stay away from SPEEDNAMES.COM - there is no service at all; leaving their long time customer with no emails!! Despite more than a month of trying to have them change an email forwarding function, which is no longer self-service-accessible due to their migration to new platform - they will not (or can not?) help!

Opdatering: ========= Jeg har nu fået Auth code for aem-engineering.cn, men har stadig ikke fået for aem-engineering.com.cn ========= Den 20-06-2018 sendte jeg en anmodning om at få udleveret Auth ID og EPP code så jeg kan få flyttet 2 af mine domæner væk fra speednames da deres system ikke har virket i mange måneder, og da de ikke hav givet nogen support i de sidste 10 måneder. jeg har gentager min anmodning om koderne med jævne mellemrum indtil idag. Jeg har nu indgivet en officiel klage til ICANN. Da prisen for hosting af websider på Speednames ligger under minimumsgrænsen for de sager som forbrugerklagenævnet kan behandle nytter det ikke at klage til dem. Den eneste løsning vil derfor være at lave en bedrageri anmeldelse til politiet. Personer er i samme situation som mig er velkommen til at kontakte mig med henblik på at indgå i politianmeldelsen: Arne Essa Madsen

One big disaster! Was good once upon a time, but now they managed to loose my account with many domains when the transferred to a new web solution. I am about to loose domains since I can not access my account. Tried customer service, but they are hopeless. Don't understand anything and or absolutely not interested in helping anyone. I need to move all my domains due their incompetence, something which is a hell of a job. Stay away from them!

Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale at man benytter speednames. Jeg oprettede tilbage i 2000 mit domæne under deres system, og det fungerede fint i mange år, men nu er bunden nået og der er ingen reaktion når man ringer eller skriver.

Like other users If I could give these people zero stars I would. It is now something like three weeks since my domain mail was last forwarded. I have lost both business and personal mail. The auto and other responses refer to me as a valued customer. I clearly am of no value at all. They say they are correcting the position but, apart from denying me access to manage the account, have achieved nothing. Do not even consider entering into a relationship with this firm. I will now actively start removing my domains to other hosters

Har været meget tilfreds kunde hos Speednames i mere end 15+ år for både min domain- & mail-hosting. I starten var det både et meget billigt og et meget professionelt firma - med en fantastisk support. Sidenhen er det kun gået en vej - ned af bakke. Først steg prisen signifikant og sidenhen forsvandt den gode support. I starten af 2018 gik tingene fra skidt til slemt, men efter medio november 2018 har jeg kun oplevet problemer - især indenfor mail-håndtering. Mailproblemerne skyldtes, at Speednames anvender mail-servere fra NetNames(deres ejere - i mit tilfælde oplevede jeg at min mailtrafik blev sendt gennem IP: 185 26 230 65), som konstant er black-listet flere steder(især hos; backscatterer). Derfor er der ingen andre seriøse mail-providere på internettet, der vil have noget som helst med Speednames/NetNames mail-trafik at gøre. Selvom jeg har foretaget utallige henvendelser til Speednames-supporten, så sker der absolut intet for at afhjælpe problemerne. Jeg kan derfor kun tilslutte mig de andre Trustpilot anmeldelser af Speednames - skynd Jer at skifte langt væk fra dette firma, for Speednames er desværre gået hen og blevet katastrofalt ringe og tilsyneladende fuldstændigt ligeglade med deres kunder.

Speednames er gået fra et stabilt produkt til en katastrofe Siden begyndelsen af 2018 har deres website ikke fungeret ordentligt og her i december 2018 er det blevet ubrugeligt. I december har de fjernet al mulighed for at administrere sin mail forward og her i slutningen af december er deres MX server helt forsvundet fra nettet så man ikke får sine emails. Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte support med 4 emails men der er ingen svar. Deres website er så ufærdig at links til vilkår og support returnerer 404 Jeg har taget konsekvensen og har flyttet mit domain over til en anden udbyder. Det er slut. Speednames er ødelagt af nogle uduelige amatører der har overtaget firmaet og som ingen respekt har for os kunder der var med helt fra firmaets start. Jeg vil på det skarpeste advare mod at røre ved Speednames. Og hvis du allerede er kunde og læser dette så se at komme væk

Har i 17 dage haft problemer med at åbne min firma mail fra speednames.com Speednames kan ikke gøre noget for mig telefonisk, de vil have at jeg opretter en alternativ e-mail, så jeg kan indrapportere fejlen (som er at speednames ikke genkender min bruger og/eller kodeord). Kundeservice kan ikke foretage sig noget, og jeg kan ikke få oplysninger til andet end deres e-mail support. Dette er gjort over 5 gange nu og problemet er stadig ikke løst. Det er nytteløst at klage til dem, da klagesager ikke vil blive behandlet. Tak for hjælpen Adam fra Speednames du forstår dig virkelig på kundeservise. At man har så dårlig kundeservise skriger til himmelen. Mit råd her fra: HOLD JER VÆK FRA DETTE INKOMPETENTE FIRMA!!! Flytter mailudbyder og domain.
