Nov 30,2017Submitted first client this afternoon and amazed at speed of service and the way a decline was turned in to an approval after speaking to the team (Ben, Patrick and Julian). The service and experience has been superb, once the issue was explained by myself to the team (would not get this at the high street banks) they reopened the application and it was approved within 5 minutes. They were friendly, professional, flexible and fast and will hopefully have the chance to work with them again soon.
