Feb 16,2025I requested a change of date on my payment schedule of 1 day. They agreed and at first told my payment would change by a few dollars. i agreed but they changed the payment schedule to the wrong date. When I callled them to fix it they told me they could change it again but would charge me $40 more interest on every payment even though the mistake was theirs.

Feb 05,2025This company charges over 400% interest and doesn’t care that you lost your employment and they refuse to work with you. Please, if you have a loan with this unscrupulous company contact the CFPB and file a complaint with your state attorney generals office. It’s time places like this are held accountable and are shut down for fleecing Americans. Reply to reply: the company is lying! I have contacted them numerous times and they know my name and just today replied to my CFPB complaint. They are trying to not give credibility to my post and also not willing to help! I have contacted this company numerous times and they refuse to help or care! Don’t believe anything they say!

Jan 28,2025I was in a medical emergency and spotloan’s loan was 490%APR in the state of Massachusetts. Spotloan does not allow principal-only payments and the interest rate is illegal under MA usury laws. This business should be shut down as they don’t seem to care about breaking state laws.

Thats CRAZY I truly understand their in need of help but dam Spotloan making it worst for families needing help. Hopefully the Government closed this thief’s for good!

Jan 12,2025I think this is my 3rd loan with spotloan. I’ve had a great experience with spotloan. I know that the APR are a little high. As a returned, customer, the APR will go a little down. I’ve had a great experience with customer service. This was my last payment. Having a difficult hardship. Customer service is amazing. They understood my situation. they worked with me. I’m so blessed very happy. Of them understanding my situation. After I hung up, I felt so blessed I was in tears. I’m having struggles. I really hope that in the future, they work with me with another opportunity of having loan with them. In case an emergency if I need money trust that they’ll always be there to have my back. I recommend to my family friends to the public. If you are in need of money spot loan will have your back. I know that there are people out there for whatever reason they’re not approved. Please don’t take your anger out on spotloan. Don’t leave bad ratings trying to ruin their business. I really appreciate spotloan for being there for me hard times. I’m so blessed that they understood my situation they helped me out. I just want to tell the team of spotloan thank you I’m blessed I’m so grateful for you guys of understanding my situation being there all the time working with me. Jan 04,2025WARNING!!! Do not apply for a payday loan with this company. Only apply at your own risk. In the first 6 months, all payment dues are used for the interest, even though you receive a biweekly statement on what applies to the principal balance and what goes towards interest. Interest per diem is supposed to be accurate from the rear, but that isn't the case. Do not go based on the statements you've received, as they're completely false. Be careful when you apply and read the fine print; the company is a rip-off.

Dec 31,2024I applied for a much needed loan and was denied. I definitely had the income to repay. After entering all of my personal information, which took a while because of Spotloan input fields would only take certain numbers or characters. You had to put something in the field even if it was not right. An email was sent to me but no response as to the denial. I better not ever get another flier in the mail from them! I know for sure they approved people with less income and a higher amount than what I asked for. The rates are ridiculous and high as well! Too long to apply. I wish that I would have read other reviews before applying. I would say more but I don't think that I am allowed so I will cut it off here.

Dec 20,2024I got the funds I needed when Spotloan said I would. I was able to pay off a bill with no problems. SpotLoan actually does drop the fees if you are a loyal customer and have had several loans paid off successfully with SpotLoan. SpotLoan actually does allow customers to return the loan money if you change your mind. They change your due dates when you ask to fit the customer's dates that they actually receive their funds into their accounts. They kept their word. I also noticed I had no hard credit checks that would drop my already low credit scores. SpotLoan is one of the best that is out there for those of us with terrible credit scores or no credit scores.
