Absolutely horrific, the worst experience with shipping I’ve ever had I was delivered a pallet falling apart held together with packing material and what I ordered was actually falling out of the destroyed box it should have been in and damaged. No signature required and I was basically told I could not deny the package. And this purchase is from a large well known company who is assumingely using them to drop ship items. I was originally given ups tracking that never worked for this item and it showed up as such with this shipper. Frustrated beyond belief. This shipper also seems to be popping up frequently on google when under the shipping tag, avoid at all cost.
Do not order from this company. If you're not satisfied with what you buy they charge more to ship it back to them then you paid.
If I could provide negative stars for this company I would. Please keep in mind when ordering anything from this company that you do not want to order in advance, they have a 30 day return policy even if they send broken toys to you. Furthermore, it has been confirmed after speaking with CS rep and getting passed onto the manager, Erica, that no reviews are done of the products that they receive in to sell from the 3rd parties so they have no idea that they are even sending out broken toys. Thanks for doing nothing except costing me $50.00 for an investment into your pathetic company.
Ordered a Curt echo brake controller on 7/17/21 from Walmart and received the order from Spreetail the day before I picked up my new camper, about a week later. The RV salesman helped me set it up and while doing so we noticed that the setup card had a different pin number than the one on the controller. After trying the first one, which didn’t work we tried the other and it was able to sync with the app. We took the trailer home and there it sat until our first trip on Sept. 14 from Florida to Massachusetts and back (18 days). During the trip the trailer brakes began operating sporadically and ultimately kept locking up at the slightest touch of the brake pedal. I contacted Spreetail via email on 9/29 explaining the problem and they replied that I should contact the manufacturer. I spent an hour on the phone with Curt tech support and the end conclusion, after finding out that the pin numbers did not match from the original package, was that I had been sold a returned and defective controller, do not use it any further, and that Spreetail/Walmart should replace it. I called Spreetail customer service and the woman I spoke to was very nice and said that she would process a return authorization and as soon as they received the old one they would send me out a new one and I would get an email verification within several hours. After not receiving the authorization, the next day I again called customer service and was not so nicely informed by a different woman that the authorization was declined because the sale was over 30 days old. I tried to explain to her that this was in fact the first time we had the opportunity to actually use the product and that we were now driving without any trailer brakes her response was they would not replace it and “have a good day”. I called back the tech at Curt and he very graciously said that although the original seller should be replacing it that he would immediately send me a new one and although it would not arrive until I got home he did his best to expedite it. In the meantime I drove the last 1,000 miles home very carefully without any trailer brakes. A HUGE warning to others who buy anything from Walmart that comes from Spreetail. They sent me what appears to be a previously returned and defective brake controller and refused to make it right. I will be sending this review to every review site I can including the better business bureau. So my response to the customer service rep at Spreetail, “No, there is nothing else you can help me with, Have a nice day”
You could paste the reviews here from other unserved customers. Their game is to defraud people and then pocket whatever money is not claimed back through credit card disputes. If you came here first to check their reputation, instead of just trust them because they SAID they work with FedEx, then heed the advise and do not trust these people. Edit: Their reply to me was dilatory. I have already dealt with their "team" and was declined any assistance. Damage control, that is the reason they replied in public after denying me and (how many) others in private.
This is a 3rd party distributor of Intex products on Amazon. They have every excuse to defend their horrible customer service. Do not purchase ANY product from Intex and any products represented by Spteetail. Buyer beware! Customer service after the sale you are the enemy!
Nothing but bandits and liars. We got so many excuses, but their best lie was “FedEx lost the package”. When we spoke with FedEx (who at least we have heard of), they insisted they NEVER EVEN GOT THE PACKAGE. All that Spreetail does is initiate meaningless labels. (See other reviews, with identical complaint) The major delivery companies NEED SPREETAIL TO PROVIDE THE ITEM in the 1st place. It does not help when Spreetail does not even provide the item. (As others have noted, this company seems to focus on hiring folks to work from home, handling missing item calls, w/ lie after lie, admittedly in a “pleasant manner”, just to serve as a front for a company that apparently is not really in the business of providing items.
UPDATE... 09/22/2021... I'm appalled at the lengths this company goes through to scam people out of money. I filed a dispute with my cc company, and this company sent another phoney FedEx tracking number but yet again there was no package actually sent to them. I'm contacting my cc company just to update the dispute information to be sure they know I STILL never received anything for my payment to this place. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is practically a repeat of multiple people reviewing. I ordered, they stated it was shipped FedEx, package was never given to FedEx, and now I'm waiting for a response from the company. I am also starting a dispute with the cc company.
This place is a total scam!! Not sure how big retailers can even use them as a third party on their websites. They keep creating fake FedEx labels then claim the product got lost or warehouse issue!! No product nor refund yet as they claim they need at least “96 business hours” from each fake FedEx label they create. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Well I am happy to say that Spreetail responded to my post on Trustpilot. Their customer service person Ms Nebraska ( my name for her ) Listened to my issue and very quickly offered me a financial condolence package. I accepted and graciously thanked them as they explained they had seen nothing until published on Trustpilot
Should be zero stars. Ordered a bike rack for my car. After 2weeks of waiting I find out (from fed ex) it had multiple addresses on it. Why? Because it was used and returned. Received a package finally that was more tape then box. I knew I was scammed right then. Open the “tape ball” to find half the parts of witch half of those where broke or damaged, no hardware at all, no instructions…..butt it did have the Amazon return slip from the last purchaser. Only way to contact is on there stupid chat online. Was given a return label and was told it was my responsibility to repackage and take to fed ex. Why is this my responsibility??? The pictures say it all. Ravesports towable used for a total of less than 6 hours. Twice behind a jet ski, and the third behind a boat (Malibu). Seam broke loose on both corners. Basically trash after using 3x. Spreetail refused to replace or refund.
I’ve had some bad experiences online but this vendor takes the cake. I needed to return an item, so they sent me a return label. They received an item but never refunded the money. Chatted with them and they agreed to refund. I have an email that says they will send the money. Never did get the refund. Had do dispute the amount through PayPal. Somehow I lost the PayPal dispute, so no refund. They stole hundreds from me.
I see they have a lot of issues with shipping packages. I ordered a hot tub and they never actually shipped it out. Just input a tracking number so Amazon shows it "shipped"- but they do not hand it over to Fed Ex. They will give you automated responses for a couple of days. Then after that they "will send you a replacement" that will also never ship. I wrote a review on Amazon of their company- but they marked it as FedEx's fault- even though they never actually handed it to FedEx. There's tons of people with the same issue- so it's Spreetail's horrible company. Currently waiting for my refund from Amazon. Please do not purchase anything from this company. It is a huge scam and they will try harder to keep your money than to just send you the item you ordered. In regards to their reply, no- the package from Amazon still says the same thing! It was not delivered and I got my refund from Amazon.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! I ordered a pool through spreetail, on Walmart. huge mistake. I’m always good about reading policies and whatever and I swear, there was nothing said about a 30 days return window until after the fact when I went to return! It has only been a little over 30 days & I have got nothing but the run around with this company! the pool I ordered is completely untouched. haven’t even been set up for my child to us this summer. & they still will not take it back. $360 dollars & they have the nerve to tell me to resell, keep till next year or DONATE! NO! I want a pool for my child next year but don’t want to keep it and have something be wrong with it then be out almost $400! this is ridiculous!! there should be exceptions, especially for unopened items!
Purchased pool from Amazon with this company. Issued a tracking number that didn't work and never shipped item. Tried to contact seller but only got what seemed to be automated responses and no actual help at all. Missed delivery date with no contact. Had to take day off from work to sign for something that was never shipped. They take your money and lie to you. Stay away from this company!
I bought a canopy from Target June 13. Apparently Spreetail is the company that partnering with Target on this item. I've never received the package. I called Target three times and they finally, after a month said they would cancel the order and resend it. VM Express finally sent me a new one a month later. It took a while but I have it.
Worst customer service I ever experienced. They will give you the run around and lie to you. Do your self a favor and don't waste your time or money.
After lengthy communication with Spreetail and Target everyone did finally agreed to resolve the issue. They did so above and beyond my satisfaction.

Oct 29,2021Cancel my order on Target Just to sell item for $60 more. I sure hope that TARGET discontinued using this company for third-party marketplace. They are a disgrace I would rather use Amazon. At least they don’t cancel your order to sell it to you at a higher price Because the item sold out quickly.
