DISGUSTING SERVICE. DELIBERATE TIME WASTERS ... WHO CAN NOT READ ENGLISH. Contacted them on Ebay wanting info on the "Total Gym Weight Bar" they advertised. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. They twice requested part number & info (info given both times) .... THEN I GET A THIRD REPLY .... "sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your purchase. WHO MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT A PURCHASE??? ... I DIDN'T!!! WASTED NEARLY A WEEK & MADE ABSOLUTELY "NO PROGRESS" STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL! Purchased a yellow archery target bag for my son. I went out of my way to choose yellow because of vision problems. VM express sent a white bag with much harder to see targets - he can't use it. I contacted VM Express and they notified me they could not give me the product i purchased, that they didn't have it or it didn't exist - I am unsure why. They then quickly changed the Amazon listing to the product they do have, not before I got my screenshots. When I kept pressing them for a refund they said they would give me six dollars or accept a return. I have not received anything from them in over a month. This week I forwarded the emails and screenshots to the Louisiana Attorney Generals office as a fraud complaint.
My husband ordered an ice Shanty through VM express on Amazon last Sunday. Received the confirmation email saying “your item has been taken off our shelves to prepare for shipping”. Amazon claims they won’t charge until your item is shipped, Monday morning they withdrew the money from our bank account. Tuesday I contacted them wondering why we hadn’t received updated shipping information. They claimed the package had been shipped from their fulfillment center and FedEx must have not scanned it in correctly. A week later we receive an email saying the item wasn’t in stock when we ordered it and they will be refunding our money within 3-5 business days. Our money was taken out of the account when the item wasn’t really shipped. You confirmed our order via email and you didn’t actually have the item in stock. It took you a week to contact us regarding this, but only after we reached out first. We will not be ordering from this seller again.
If only I had read the reviews first!! I ordered a roll around mechanic’s seat for my husband through Amazon, stated 2 day delivery, ordered on 1/18/21. 1/21/21, still no package, I tried tracking it and was informed by FedEx that the packing slip was damaged and the package was sitting in the distribution center waiting for a new shipment label. After contacting VM Express and getting no answer as to what happened and the status of my shipment, I asked VM Express to cancel and refund my money. Magically, the package had shipped and I would have to wait to return it after I received it. Exactly 1 week after the promised 2 day shipping, my package was delivered and guess what? Absolutely no indication on the box that the shipping info was replaced!! I honestly believe they made no attempt to ship until 1/25/21. I contacted Amazon and told them they need to investigate their 3rd party vendors, this is a bad reflection on them. They graciously refunded my money. When the package finally arrived on 1/26, 1 week after promised delivery, with no label damages anywhere on the box I have returned it to VM Express. Whatever you do, keep your money in your pocket and make your purchase from a legitimate company. Run away as fast as you can from VM Express!
Ordered an air mattress a few months ago on Amazon, started going flat, they had me cut a piece of it, write a special number on the piece and they sent me a brand new one no charge. Received the new mattress in 2 days but was the incorrect size upon opening the box. I explained to them and they sent another one right away. I know I sound like a bot but I promise I’m not! Lol
As I'm reading these reviews same exact thing happened to me. Claimed my order was delivered but I know for a fact it wasn't. Than they say we will replace it then email me again and say it's out of stock. What a scam. I'm posting on my Facebook and will advise all of my friends family and co-workers not to use this seller. What a waste of time and money.
If I could give a negative rating I would. This company is beyond horrible. I have no words. The product arrived i set it up and used it for 10 minutes. Then I went to collapse the handle bars for storage and a part broke snapping finger in 2 places. I am now looking at surgery. I contacted them explained issue simply wanted to know if there was another way to collapse bars so I could return it. All they would say was to box it up even though I told them I can't because it's broken and won't fold down. Finally I get someone to get it folded I call company to start return process. They inform me it has to be on curb on a pallet. I remind them that their product broke my hand and so there is no way i can get a 150 pound treadmill down 5 stairs and onto a pallet. They basically said then it would not be able to be picked up. They will not assist in any alternative options or offer full refund. I am now seeking legal action for not only a refund but also medical costs. Buyer beware they don't care about customer service. They are beyond a horrible company.
So true after reading these reviews I had the same problem with the shipping stating it was delivered never reached me the funny thing is there good scammers I ordered on the 19th of November when I looked at my order cause I noticed it was the 25 th and still no merchandise to my surprise it said delivered the 21 of November impossible please if anyone reads this do not I repeat do not buy from this crooked company shame on you hopefully someone reads this and there saved from this horrible site
Customer service is trash. Bought an electric heater through Walmart and couldnt do the return at Walmart because this company is the one who sells it. Faulty product broke two days before their 30 day return period but I couldn’t return it to Walmart so had to wait and find a way to get ahold of them. They refused to help or make an exception on the return or refund because of 2 days. The 30 day mark also fell on a weekend. The heater is 150 dollars down the drain. When I asked kindly if there was anything else we could do or work out they replied again with the same “outside of 30 days” response. Dont ever buy from them and watch out on other websites as they partner with other places.
Worst company ever. 2 weeks to receive an order. Never delivered. Scammers claim now was delivered? They shipped to their own warehouse and claim was delivered. Do not order from VM innovations or VM express. Will file credit card fraud/reversal. Do not believe their fake follow up claims to resolve issues. I could not resolve via walmart/VM express in 2 weeks. Horrible customer service. See all other reviews on these crooks. UPDATE: After 30 days I received less than 5% of my order. Ordered thru target 3 bags potting mix. If you ever been to a garden center you know what a kind of bag potting mix comes in. All they did was put a label on the bad and sent it out for delivery. What do you thinks going to happen when ups or fedex gets it.
I ordered from this company a $1500.00 Ecoflow power station. It worked for a month. Contacted VM Express for replacement they said to contact Ecoflow. Neither company will make it right. Be safe and don’t order from VM Inovations. Look at their reviews. I am not alone
THIS IS A SCAM! I ordered (#5482081-786131) a pond pump through Walmart with this company as the vendor but it was never delivered. Somehow they have FedEx show delivery but no package is ever delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! UPDATE - Oct. 24th. I have received over 20 text messages from FedEx on this package. Everyday it shows “on the truck for delivery” then the delivery is rescheduled for the next day. They must be manipulating the FedEx computers.
Ordered an item for nearly $200 to put up for this year's Christmas for my son. Well later on that evening I get a generic insincere email saying they have experienced high volume and they couldn't take the item down in time for purchase when in fact the item had been up for some time because I've watched it. Then they proceed to tell me to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Yeah this company is a complete joke and I had my doubts from the get go when I saw the reviews on here but wanted the item so bad I figured I would take a chance. Please don't waste your time. Look elsewhere and don't be suckered into buying because you can't immediately find it on another site. Borderline scam and my situation is not uncommon with customers buying from this company. They really need to be investigated.
Purchased a 12 Foot Christmas Tree from them. They shipped it to me, I received 1 out of 3 boxes. I am asking for a refund for OBVIOUS reasons and they are telling me that I have to pay over $200 for return shipping. What a joke!! I paid over $800 for this tree and only received 1/3 of the product and they want me to pay over $200 to ship 1/3 of it back! I am not paying any return shipping, I never even received the full product to begin with!! Buyers beware.. would never trust this company.
Terrible service. The items listed in their shipping confirmation we’re not the items I ordered. I contacted them immediately and got a prompt response assuring me that they would send the correct items. They did not. When the wrong items came, they were unwilling to do anything to rectify the situation.
I ordered a drawtite gooseneck hitch kit they sent me the head only with no install rails twice. Called and asked if they could send me the parts I was missing and was told to call the manufacturer. Customer service was horrible. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had!!!
I purchased a few industrial fans on Walmart.com to see which one suited my needs best. When I decided which one I liked, I clicked on the SAME EXACT item I had previously purchased and checked out with two more fans. Well about a month and a half after receiving the first fan (from Walmart.com), it started having issues. So I took it right into Walmart and returned it. To be on the safe side I wanted to return the additional two I purchased as well. Come to find out SOMEHOW the additional two I ordered, came from this seller instead of Walmart directly and Walmart wouldn’t let me return it because I had to talk to them first. All they have is an automated system saying “your item is outside of our return period”. NO ACTUAL PERSON!! No way to even hear me out!! It hasn’t even been 10 days past the return period and I THOUGHT I BOUGHT IT FROM WALMART DIRECTLY JUST LIKE THE PRIOR ONE I PURCHASED!!!! I didn’t even know that this came from a third party (horrible) seller until I tried to return them YESTERDAY!!!! Also, THEY'VE NEVER BEEN OPENED!!!!!!! These are $350 fans, EACH!!! Waste of money!! Horrible company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!
This company sells all pool products for 2 to 3 times the manufacturers suggested retail. Pool supplies are in short supply during the summer of 2020. Once the summer started they doubled and even tripled their prices. This is the definition of price gauging, selling items for more than 20% the suggested retail price because the items are low in stock (or the market allows them to). I wouldn't doubt that they bought out all of the stock so that they could inflate prices. If you can purchase from the manufacturer or elsewhere, you'll save a lot of money.

Feb 23,2021Purchased a Reese gooseneck hitch box from Amazon, VM Express was the seller. They cut the price of the item the next day. I asked if they would honor their policy to match their own price. They told me if it was within 2 weeks. They began to tell me that my purchase was outside the 2 weeks. I said it was 2 days and I hadn't even received the item yet. They refused and found every reason to hold on to $90 or so. On another denial email they said they weren't even the seller of the item. It took a lot for me not to reply back, I contacted Amazon CS. They told me VM Express was a 3rd Party seller. I requested they evaluate the relationship with VM. Please consider other sellers or companies regarding online purchases.
