THEY SAID IT WAS SHIPPED VIA FEDEX (Tracking ID: 273223132852) THERE IS NO UPDATE ON FEDEX SITE AND AFTER 10 DAYS... (Estimated delivery date pending) THEY SAID WILL RESEND THE PACKAGE (Tracking ID: 273536326390). AGAIN... (Estimated delivery date pending). THEY ARE DOING THIS BECAUSE THEY HAVE CHANGED THE PRICE HIGHER AFTER I ORDERED THE PACKAGE.
I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM THEM ON OVERSTOCK AND THEY SENT ME THE INCORRECT ITEM. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM DIRECTLY ABOUT IT THEY SAID THEY COULDNT HELP ME WITH RETURN FOR A REFUND OR SEND ME THE CORRECT ITEM!!!! THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM BUT WONT HELP ME GET THE ITEM THAT I ACTUALLY PAID FOR ARE YOU KIDDING ME ???? ONCE THE AGENT SAID THERES NOTHING SHE CAN DO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND WHEN SHE “PLACED ME ON HOLD” SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! SO NOW IM OUT MY MONEY AND WHAT I PAID FOR!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT !!!!!!!
Purchased a Evenflo Pivot Stroller as a gift. I was so embarrassed to get a call from the new mom with pictures & tears thinking this was a joke. When box arrived, item was dirty, smelly, missing wheel etc, and had stains on the car seat that clearly had been heavily used. The most disgusting thing, there was a used mask in the box. How did this happen? I have reached out to seller with pictures & no response. This is unacceptable & I WARN, do not do business with Spreetail.
i ordered something they claimed was an overbed desk, which i need due to my disability, but the item they sent is not an overbed desk at all and is only a standing desk which is the opposite of what i need. since they charged me for a product i did not receive and sent me an unrelated product that i didn't order (the exact opposite of what i ordered, actually), i'm legally entitled to a refund without return. in this case i told them i'd be happy to have it picked up anyway since it's wasting space, but i was informed by the target representatives that they would not provide me reasonable accommodation for my disability and pick up this item, and they said the contracted company that sold the product through their site, speedtail, would also not do so. even though i told them i could not return it without assistance such as pickup from a carrier (which is pretty common now rather than making people return things in store due to covid), and they refused to provide such reasonable accommodation, they also still refused to refund it without return even though I'm legally entitled to a refund without return since the item i ordered is not the one i received. they said it was up to the speedtail to process such a refund, but they refused to call the company on my behalf to arrange anything. then when i contacted speedtail they claimed that they needed to talk to a target representative but also claimed they "could not" call target themselves because they "had no outbound phone line" (concerning for other reasons too, like these workers' safety, please investigate or forward to proper company) and i would have to have target call them. i repeatedly told them that i already asked target to call them but they refused. so basically these 2 companies are in a scam together to defraud disabled people in particular and also not provide reasonable accommodation to them as per ADA requirements nor to follow FTC laws.
Where to start. My 1,000 dollar pool I bought through Amazon. I was supposed to recieve shipment information which I never did it just showed up one day, but what showed up was not a pool. It was box 1 of 3 of a at home gym strapped to a pallet when we tried to refuse delivery it was dumped in our yard. The issues started that day I contacted Amazon and the seller through Amazon. They provided me with a USPS label unfortunately USPS doesn't ship items over 70 pounds. When I requested to company schedule a freight pick up they agreed unfortunately it continued to go downhill. The never provided me with freight shipment information that they promised 3 times. They stopped responding to me and never would directly communicate with Amazon. I was informed by Amazon since the company would not provide a shipment label that I would need to ship it back myself. This is a item I did not even order nor is it a complete item it's box one of 3. The freight shipment back cost nearly 600 which because they sent the incorrect item and refused to arrange freight pick up they will have to reimburse that as well. I have spent countless hours on the phone and emailing both Amazon and this fraud of a company. They sent me freight information through Amazon chats but never the actual label that is generated by the freight company that goes on the box. I would suggest ppl start linking together and start a class action lawsuit for consumer faude. Report them to the attorney General for your state and Nebraska where their home office is companies like this should not be in business.
Received a sandbox from them. wood was horrible quality. the doors on the top were split out of the box. they wont just send a replacement part, like a new left cover/door for me to make the repair. they want me to package the entire sandbox back up... yes take it apart again. and mail it back to them for a full replacement. FYI Wayfair sent us a item with a broken part, they just mailed a replacement for that exact part. Thank god Target will take it back and refund us because this was the most expensive one they sold, and its a piece of garbage. Thank you Target, BOOOO Spreetrail!
Received a non working unit from this company. When they accepted my return they refused to reimburse my shipping cost of $133.00 saying that they provide free shipping slips for returns. When in fact I used the return label they sent me and still had to pay shipping. I even provided them with the shipping receipt and tracking number and they still refused. Be weary of ordering from them especially if you end up having to return your item.
DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Bought air mattress $80 and it held air for 2 months. Company wouldn’t do anything about it. Thankfully it was thru Amazon and they have a guarantee policy!!
Sent the wrong color item. It was mislabeled on their side. Claimed they sent a return shipping label. Unable to provide proof of that. They are just trying to avoid fixing their mistake . Worst purchasing experience
received trail camera, no s d card, corroded battery box. had to clean it to get camera to work. said the box had been opened, but i thought it was new, obviously was very usede!! Happy to report, that as of today, the company reimbursed me the whole amount of camera.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! We were a vendor with them. We spoke to Kenny (he left the company about 4 weeks after speaking with him) Then we dealt with Lindsay and Liza. They were great at first. Seemed to want us to succeed. They helped us along the way. Then it all went downhill. We were not on the sites they said we were going to be on. They had said they would order more and more units from us as the PO's came in, they didn't. Then we asked why we weren't on Target? They said it took 90 days to get on that site. Wrong! We spoke to another vendor and he was on Target less then 30 days from starting with Spreetail. THEN they sent us a PO. We fully prepped the order with material, labor and they sent us a cancellation of that order once we were ready to go. They did not honor their side of the deal, they lied to us from the beginning and looking back, hind site is 20/20 they are not business friendly. When they promise you the moon- RUN! Do not do business with this company.
Spreetail was price gauging all summer on pools. They marked up there pools by nearly 100% because of the pool shortage. Terrible company will be reporting them to everyone.
You make one order from them they send the wrong item. Then they save your credit card info and charge $400. and send you something you didn't order. Why would you order from them again when you was unhappy the first time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!! You are BOTH very CROOKED Companies.
I bought a chicken feeder and waterfront about 3 months ago haven't gotten them didn't get tracking number don't know where they are can't get a response from anyone
I ordered a trailer hitch for my truck, off of Amazon, that was sold and shipped through Spreetail. It was the last one according to the item count. I was shipped a poster frame. I called to return the frame, and hopefully get the trailer hitch shipped to me. I was told the hitch was out of stock and they’d just refund me. I explained I had ordered the last one, and since it wasn’t shipped to me, it was probably in their warehouse. No effort was made to contact their warehouse, and I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. I finally spoke to someone who gave me the email address for one of their warehouses, as they didn’t have a phone number to call. I sent an email, and never received a reply. After trying other routes to see if the hitch was still on the shelf, I was told it was not. I felt like I was just being pawned off, so they could be done with me. No effort was made to remedy the situation, other than just refund me. I wish I could post pictures to this review, because the shipping label clearly says trailer hitch. There is obviously zero quality assurance, because anyone with half a brain would be able to tell a poster frame is not a trailer hitch. They’re not even similar. Horrible experience all around. Edit: After emailing Spreetail, I actually received a phone call from the person in charge of customer service. He went above and beyond and got me the trailer hitch. He assured me that steps are being taken to improve their customer service and quality assurance, so future issues like this will be avoided. I went from frustrated and angry, to extremely happy.
I purchased a drive mobility scooter every thing delivered as promised. I received it 10 days early good job thanks.
Truly the most frustrating, worst customer service I've ever worked with. Not sure if they're just that incompetent or flat out lying, either way I'll never buy from them again.
They spam customers and continue sending unsolicited emails even after multiple requests to stop. I'd never use a company with these terrible business practices. PS: you spammed my company multiple times to use your service (SPREETAIL) as a vendor. This isn’t related to a purchase I made via Amazon from you.
I ordered a faux Christmas tree through amazon.com from this vendor. The order initially showed that it had promptly shipped and provided a tracking code through FedEx but the company immediately contacted me saying that the shipment was running late and possibly lost. I was concerned because the amount of the order was so much (over $600) and I needed a tree in time for Christmas and thought I had solved that problem with this order. This vendor's tree was the cheapest option for what it was that I could find online btw. They offered me a refund and I took it reluctantly and began searching for another option (all more expensive). Then, half of the tree I had ordered showed up weeks later (post refund) with the other half nowhere to be found to date. FedEx says they never received the package from the vendor at all despite having a tracking number. I contacted the vendor to let them know I had received half of the tree and they want me to ship it back! It is a huge box. It should not be my responsibility to send it back. They say they do not have the other half of the tree either to resend and make my tree functional (even if I pay the full price again). My overall experience has been a very stressful and unpleasant holiday hassle. Do not deal with this vendor just because they offer good prices. You get (or don't) what you try to pay for!

May 30,2022I have recieved the wrong pool size...the box was labeled the correct size but pool is actually smaller with instructions for the smaller size. The email I received from customer service said I should have got insurance from my bank for these issues. I'm floored!
