I have hired an attorney that is part of our family and I consider him the Best Around. I am going to spend an Absolutely Stupid Amount of money to bring them to there knees begging for mercy. God Forgives I DON'T! I own my own business which has 42 successful years and I have never delt with clowns like these. This company if that is what you want to call it is a complete joke. I bought a pool ladder at a very expensive price and it was complete garbage. From Start to Finish it was Extremely Unreliable, Flimsy, Unstable, Wobbly and a complete piece of well let's just call it trash. They did not even want us to send it back. I am going to use every tool in the toolbox to shut this company down for good and mark my words they will pay also monetary dearly. I was the first one to try and use the ladder and got hurt very badly. I suffered two seperate dislocations because of there pathetic ladder and spent a great deal of time in the Hospital. If I can write cuss words on a review I would definitely be cussing up a storm!!! I bought storage bins from this company from Amazon and ended up not needing them anymore so right when it was delivered to my home I never opened the box I just took it straight to the return company the shipping label told me to take it to. Long story short they only refunded me $30 out of a $100 order and now refuse to refund me the rest! I can’t even tell you why since I barely know myself! It’s excuse after excuse! But best believe I will get my money back one way or another from this terrible company!
If I could I would give it a 0. What a joke this company is. There customer service sucks. I purchased an item thru Bed, Bath and Beyond and received this item via Spreetail. I sent pictures and complained that the item was flimsy, hard to read instructions, and put together. After much frustration, I had had it and decided to take it to the landfill and toss it. I took pictures. I thought I would possibly get a refund, but they claim they have to have the item to process a refund. Well, they are giving me the runaround, hoping I will just go away. Not before I write a few bad reviews will I go away. I hope no one ever buys this item again
Ive ordered from this company a couple or 3 times from ebay. So far all my expectations was met. I'm very happy with their sales and service, Shipping was fast. No complaints !!!
If I could leave zero stars I would, arrived at 9:30am for 3pm appointment time, they would not unload me until past that..one girl with a horrible attitude in receiving complaining about the other side of the building taking all her space and resources..I will never come back to deliver here again..and I will spread the word..I wonder if they know how trucking work! We work in a clock..which you just ran out for no reason..now I’m stuck for the weekend and lost my next load! Horrible experience, steer clear. And no overnight parking once you have used your clock!
All I can say is wow. Had I done my homework I would have NEVER spent 500$ on a pool ladder that I did not receive! Instead, I got a bike rack! Looks like they have been scamming a lot of people for a long time. Time to put them on blast. Never dealing with them again. I will be contacting Amazon about this as well.
Spreetail shipped an entirely wrong item and refuses to ship a replacement because they say it is out of stock (even though it has been showing as in stock the whole time and is showing as in stock as I write this). In order to get my money back I have to transport a very heavy item on my time to process a return. Unacceptable.

Very disappointed with this company. Ordered a pool that was in stock when I paid. In stock when they took the money out of my account. And then received the wrong pool. Kindly returned that one as requested completely unopened when called to discuss receiving the proper pool. Now they are all of a sudden out of stock and I can’t get the item at all plus have to wait 3-5 business days to receive my refund therefore leaving me unable to purchase another one in time for my child’s birthday party. He’ll be very disappointed to not have the pool he picked out for his party. Very disappointed. Will avoid all ordered through this company.
I recently bought headphones from them through target. When I opened the package it wasn’t headphones, it was a baby car seat cover. It was a huge headache for me to get a refund and they made me wait over 2 weeks to issue my refund. So I thought I was just buying headphones from target, but actually I was buying an extra trip to ups to mail back the car seat cover and then someone else got to hold my money hostage while I waited for them to ‘process’ the return. So just know if you use this company, you will be punished for any mistakes they make. I finally received my refund over 2 weeks after the day I was supposed to receive headphones. *edit - I did contact your customer service through email because even when you received the item back I still was waiting on a refund.The email said they would issue a refund in 3-5 business days. And then when that didn’t happen, I spoke to target who said your policy was up to 10 business days. My point is, none of this was my fault. It’s not like I received headphones and then said “I really don’t like the look of these headphones, they’re ugly, I’m going to return them.” YOU SENT ME A BABY CARSEAT COVER. You sent me the wrong product, and the least you could have done was issue my refund the day the package arrived at your warehouse. My purpose for this review is to let people know of my experience. It was not pleasant, and if it were pleasant, I would still make a review. I tried to do it on Target.com but for some reason my review wasn’t approved.

I ordered an inflatable hot tub from them through Amazon. I was told it would be delivered March 27. Then it jumped to March 29. Now it says April 2. They ship through FedEx, which is notoriously late with packages, especially expensive ones. This company shipped from Nevada, it went to Mississippi and the destination is California. Make it make sense. It's disgusting a big corporation thinks it's ok to take a cheap shipping route to avoid higher costs. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Edit to spreetails reply. I've already got no help from you when trying to get help.
I placed an order with Walmart for 3 boxes of clear storage containers, which were shipped by Spreetail. Upon their arrive, the box was visually damaged. The box had about 30 pieces of tape attempting to hold the box together. Someone at some point noticed the beat up, falling apart box and attempted to resolve it with a bunch of clear masking tape. The insides were broken. It was returned. It's replacement arrived...also broken. This second box was held together by a single piece of masking tape on the top and bottom. The tape was insufficient to hold the box together. Consequently, the top of the box was free to open and close. Amazon delivery rarely delivers a broken product for me. But with two Walmart orders, two of two are damaged goods. Disappointed.
This is the worst shipping company thus far. I originally ordered my 1st pool off Walmart only for Spreetail to say it was a lost label. They sent a 2nd replacement and again a lost label. Now here I am on my 4th replacement without any indication on why my order has not gotten picked up by FedEx. I am beyond pissed and will be pushing this higher because now this is ridiculous!
I bought a $1300+ pool from the company. After spending hundreds of dollars to bring in a truck load of dirt, spending the weekend building the pad, setting up the pool and filling a 12x25x4.4 pool with another couple hundred dollars worth of water the pool has a hole on one side! I called the company and they said they would send me a new liner. Great, problem solved, great resolution right?!? No, I then get a message saying they don't have a liner and they can reimburse me a couple of hundred dollars for me to try and find a replacement liner elsewhere instead. What is that going to do? I'm into this pool about $2000 and an awful lot of work!!! This is unfair and ridiculous! How can a company that sells the product not have a replacement part for their own product? DO NOT purchase a pool from this company because they are a bunch of liars and their business ethics are non existent!!! I am extremely disappointed, angry and frustrated and so are my grandkids! Definitely not worth the time and money!!! If I could have given them 0 or no stars on this review I would have 😡😭
The incompetence is strong here. Sent wrong item, extremely wrong. Contacted Target (purchased from target.com) who then had to contact Spreetail. Spreetail sent label #1 for return. This is a large, 83lb box that I cant simply drop off somewhere. Label 1 had a 4 pound limit. Not gonna work. Contacted Target again, who then had to contact Spree again, who then again sent out a different label #2. This label was declared unable to be picked up by fedex due to how spreetail created the label. Genius. Contact Target again, who contacted Spree again. They sent label #3 with a....FOUR pound limit again! How hard is it to send a correct label with the correct weight thats able to be picked up by a shipping company? Apparently, its pretty hard. Filed CC dispute and Ill never order anything that lists this company again. Ill tell every single person I know, to never order anything that involves Spreetail in any way. ETA: Email requesting more info (order # and real name) completed and sent back 3/15/24 ETA 2: 3/20/24 Never heard a word from Spreetail since submitting the requested additional info. Not surprised. ETA 3 4/10/24 Still fighting this, Target tried to get me another shipping label to get the wrong item shipped back, stating Spreetail would send last night. Never received. Spreetail also LIED to my CC company and stated I had received the "correct item in good condition". Liars and crooks. Are these type of reviews you get really worth the $170 you've stolen from me and who knows how much from others?
I rarely review products that were not acquired through vine purchases. I'm choosing to review this one because after I purchased this speaker, I researched the seller and viewed many negative reviews on their website. Upon reading some of those reviews, naturally I expected the worst upcoming experience in product purchasing. I happy to report that those expectations were not met and everything went smoothly from purchase to usage. (Although the next paragraph contains comments that/if they were negative, they could not be blamed on the seller/shipper of said product, unless they actually manufactured the product.) The sound quality of this speaker is excellent, and the bass is much deeper than the speaker (12" woofer) it has replaced. The quality of sound you get from this speaker is at a great price that's hard to be beat. The installation was very easy for me. Since I was replacing with the exact same size, removal of the old unit's mounting screws and connection wires was all that was needed. Replacement (new set) of the mounting screws was needed because the newer unit's mounting surface was 1/4 inch thicker but everything else fit right into place. Total removal and replacement time was less than 10 minutes. I give this speaker and seller 5+ stars. The speaker is great quality for a decent price. The seller gave an estimated delivery dates and it arrived in a timely manner. Both of those points exceeded my expectations and deserve a positive review from a customer that highlights their excellent work.

Jul 09,2024My experience was very dishonest and unethical. When purchasing their funsicle 15’ pool on eBay, my order was intercepted by a third party individual. Their tracking number determined the third party defrauded my eBay account and placed another order thru Amazon for a 12’ pool instead. Which I received within a few days. When notifying Spreetail of the wrong pool receipt and criminal inception from their third party client (Alan Quido), they refused to cooperate or investigate the transaction. Having no where else to turn in any case, I am left with the wrong pool that cost me twice what he charge. $170 was stolen from my card which no tracking method possible to recover. Before any third party shipping information is placed on the orders, Spreetail should confirm the orders for discrepancies and client information to protect their products and the confirmation for any original orders. Very disturbing situation for me and resolutions for their clients who interfere in an order process.
