I WISH I COULD UPLOAD PHOTOS. I TRIED IT ANYWAYS AND WITHIN TEN MINUTES IT FAILED. SUPPOSEDLY THEY ARE EMAILING A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AND GIVING ME A REFUND... BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT. I BOUGHT THIS "REFURBISHED" 1000 WATT COBRA POWER INVERTER. WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS SCRATCHED, DENTED, CORROSION ALL OVER OUT AND IN... THE REMOTE CONTROL WAS MISSING.... THIS WAS NOT FACTORY REFURBISHED. WHEN AN ITEM IS FACTORY REFURBISHED IT COMES OUT LOOKING BRAND NEW. ONE OF THE 110 PLUG SOCKETS WAS MELTED AND BURNED? REALLY?

I'm not sure where the negative reviews comes from as I even had an issue with the a particular part being damaged during shipping and the company shipped a new part right out without any questions asked and without asking for the faulty part in return. This is a great company under all circumstances.

Received in 2 days with free shipping. They went above and beyond! After I received and set up my gym, I decided that I wanted to BUY some extra clips for the accessories. I called to request and they sent me more, free of charge. Every interaction with this company has been exceptional. Thank you!!!

Mar 10,2016I purchased a Vacuum cleaner through this company. Took it 2 Weeks to receive. I get it out of the box, start assembling it (with direction to insure no mistake) and the piece of junk wont go together! Handle had a broken snap. I contacted them about it, they offered to send me another.. But I had to pay for return shipping AND shipping of the new vacuum! Uh, NO! So, I decided to cut my loss, and make use of it... To find out the wheels in the vacuum weren't turning and after one use melted the ENTIRE vacuum underneath. Smoked my whole house out. I called and complained... Made them have Fedex come to my house to pick the item up... 2 weeks later .. STILL NO MONEY BACK! I contacted Fedex and asked where it was, and here it was signed off to the company over a week ago! WHERE'S MY MONEY?! They keep emailing me saying "We have to check the item in before we refund you." Then what is taking so dang long ! Stop emailing me and do your job! Terrible customer service, terrible company!

Feb 16,2016My order was placed through Amazon for a critically needed item for business. For two weeks neither Amazon nor their reseller, VMInnovations, provided information that the item was out of stock and that the order had been cancelled. It took three phone calls to Amazon customer service to learn this information. I would never trust this reseller and it makes me wary of using Amazon for purchasing items for business purposes.

Feb 02,2016I made an order of a few items with them. They never arrived. They claimed the FedEx driver left them at the door, but they never showed up. I asked them about shipping insurance, and it turned out THEY DIDN'T EVEN INSURE THE SHIPMENT. They then pressured me to tell my bank to refund my money instead to get them off the hook. Then they offered to re-sell me the same items at a discount, but only though Paypal. When I inquired about it more, they then told me that they couldn't fulfill the shipment again because their supplier cut them off temporarily. What a crock.

Dec 23,2015Ordered an electric scooter through Walmart and this was the seller. The item said it would arrive by Christmas (an still says the 23rd on the Walmart website) but when I track it through Fedex it now says the 29th. I only ordered from them because of the shipping promise. Target had the same item $10 cheaper but they said it would arrive between the 24th and the 30th so I went with these guys. They are completely full of it and no my brother is scooterless on Christmas. I would never, ever buy anything from these guys simply based on their shady dealings.

Dec 22,2015I ordered my daughter's Xmas gift from VMInnovations, after double checking the arrival dates. The item was guaranteed to arrive on the 23rd, so I purchased the bundle that consisted of a MX400 dirt bike and youth helmet on Dec 16th. The following day I received an email stating my items had shipped (the 17th). I kept an eye on the tracking number provided by their website and noticed the item only weighed 2.5 pounds. So, I got curious and sifted through my email for a shipping notification. Apparently there were 2 tracking numbers, and the dirt bike had shipped separately. Upon further investigation, the dirt bike had NOT shipped on the 17th like the shipping notification implied. It actually wasn't received by FedEx until Dec 20th. Frantically I began an indepth investigation, only to discover the dirt bike was not due for delivery until Dec 26th. Not only was it shipped late, it was also shipped the cheapest way possible-- FedEx Ground services. It's been 2 days since it was *really* shipped and my dirt bike has traveled from Nevada to Arizona. I live in North Carolina. There's no frikin way the item is going to arrive in time. After calling customer service to see if there was ANYTHING I could do to get it here, I am repeatedly told how the item will be delivered today (the 22nd). No, you morons! That's the helmet. The dirt bike is still in Arizona, and has been since last night. I will NEVER order from this company again. I hope they go out of business. And, judging by these reviews, it's inevitably going to happen. Wish I would have read them BEFORE ordering from these losers.

Nov 21,2015I had called in on 11/17 at 1:13 pm and spoke with Liz. She was checking to see where my replacement hot tub is that was shipped on 10/27/15 that has yet to make it to my house. I purchased this hot tub on 8/15/2015 from who I thought was Walmart as the reviews on it were great. In setting it up we find that it has a defective seam and would not hold air. Went back to walmart they said that a 2nd party had shipped the Intex Inflatable tub and it was VM Innovations. I have had nothing but poor service through your company from the beginning. No return calls from Dylan and Nick, no return call from Liz. Intex itself could care less about the issue as it was “not purchased through their rep” even though it is their product. Walmart will not stand behind it due to it coming from VM Innovations. I would have never spent a $1000 on an inflatable hot tub had I thought I would get this kind of pathetic customer service. I have asked for a replacement and have nothing. I have asked for a refund and have been laughed at and got nothing. I have called, emailed and this is my last step before turning it over to the better business bureau for lack of concern by your company. Never again will I purchase from VM Innovations after my experience and reading your reviews. I would like an answer as to where in the world is my replacement hot tub?!?

Mar 08,2015I had an excellent experience with VMInnovations.com. I hadn't heard of the company, but the first thing I noticed was their best price on a stroller I had my eye on. I wasn't sure about ordering from them until I had seen that they sold on EBay. I decided to bite the bullet, find a coupon for $5 off/free shipping, and decided to order. I literally received my stroller the next day!!! I got the exact item I ordered, and couldn't believe I had it delivered to my door the next day by FedEx! So pleased with the service AND price. I will definitely order from them again!

Mar 01,2015As of writing this review I have not received anything back from this seller. The transaction was done on eBay but I unknowingly shipped it back after emails through gmail promised a refund. eBay cannot help me now and it looks like I'm screwed out of 200 bucks!

I think maybe they should have better drivers, fed ex takes forever to deliver. it looks like it shipped out in 2 days but its been almost a week and still havent seen it. I hope when and if it does arrive that the experience gets better.

Jun 06,2014My wife and I always buy from Amazon, but every now an again I check other sites for better deals. I ordered a pool and a ton of accessories from VMInnovations. Not only did I get the pool in less than 24 hours from hitting the submit button, but I also got it 10-15% cheaper than Amazon. 1 month later...... A box came in the mail along with a hand written note to the Poserina Family: " I hope you are enjoying all of your pool equipment this summer. I wanted to give you and your family this gift basket to enjoy and to say Thank You for being a VMInnovations repeat customer." Inside was a multitude of pool time fun goodies that put a smile on my daughters face from ear to ear. I cant speak for the other complaints on this board, but I felt a duty to give them a round of applause for standing out of the crowd in a sea of mediocre e-commerce sites. Customer for life. Thank You VMInnovations!

Mar 27,2014I purchased a portable air conditioner on Friday. A tracking number was provided to FEDEX, but the item was never picked up for shipment. The tracking just showed info submitted for 4 days so on Tuesday I called to express my concern and was told it just had not updated to call back tomorrow if it did not. Tody(tomorrow), there was still no information so I called again. I get a message saying they are closed and that hours are from 9am-930pm mon-fri. This is 330pm on Wednesday afternoon, where is everybody. Call again, same thing, and again, same thing. Finally try the extention to recieve payments, to be sure somebody would be there. But no, Same message. Finally I email I get a response on if for some reason it has not ship or cannot ship we will notify you immediately??? Its been 5 days immediately would have been letting me know something now. Finally after getting the email reply I call again, And ........ I get an answer. Explain my situation, they check and say, it looks like it was lost by fedex, we will just refund your payment. You are going to refund my payment now? Without knowing if fedex has it or where it is, or if it will show up tomorrow?? Well, yes. BS alert, BS alert, BS alert. Obvious answer, not given of course. Well we sell on ebay and our website but our system is not good enough to have a real time inventory so we sold too many. ( I did see there were qty 4 available from there ebay store before and after my purchase from there website). I used a $20 off coupon, and of course because mine was the lowest price, I get the screw job. No contact, no replacements, nothing but disappointment and having to start looking all over again!

Feb 25,2014I ordered an air mattress. It was quickly shipped, arriving on my doorstep 2 days later. I got email confirmations, shipping confirmations, etc. The air mattress was in perfect condition, although would have preferred that it was put in another box, since it was an air mattress for extra protection, but no big deal, it was OK. I was happy with them and my order.

Apr 20,2016This company is a joke. I received two of the same product for my bridal shower that I had registered for through walmart. Not knowing that walmart works through other companies such as this one, I thought I could take it to walmart and exchange it for somethig else I need. Nope. Walmart only acts as a portal to this junk site. In order for me to get something else, I need to pay the return shipping $20+ to send the product back to them just so that I can get their store credit. Have you seen their site? There's nothing I need or want on this site, the selection sucks. If you can help it avoid buying anything from these people. If you call the customer service, you will get some young man who has no idea what he's talking about and has no customer service skills. Buyer beware.
