I took the Sprintzeal CBAP course with Dr. Rajneesh Manajan. He is an excellent instructor. I asked many questions and he was able to answer and give demos on the spot. The class was 2 weekends (Saturday & Sunday). I don't regret giving up my weekends to do this course. It was well worth it. I feel ready to take my certification when it is time. I am also thinking of taking some other certification classes.
The materials and instructor could use more preparation. Days 1 & 2 we lost roughly 90 minutes of training due to the instructor' technical issues. Instructor doesn't seem to know the materials in terms of what content is covered. Often she would discuss a topic then we'd encounter the relevant slide somewhere down the line and she'd skip it instead of reinforcing the concept. The instructor should have realized that the student workbook follows the slides in terms of flow which would make note taking easier. she didn't give us an overview of the materials and how to best utilize them, often she utilized materials/documents that we do not have access to therefore we couldn't refer back to anything we may have found beneficial. The videos we were shown were inaccurate, they should have been removed or skipped to minimize the confusion that's caused by showing us things that do not effectively support our learning journey. There are several inaccuracies in the materials and they should have been removed or skipped. It doesn't seem as though the instructor did any type of preparation before instructing the class. We should have been provided a dial in number for the Teams meeting, 2 of us had audio issues that could have been remedied by dialing in so that we could continue to ask and answer questions. The course is not designed to speak to the adult learning styles, there's no activities or anything hands on for those who learn by doing. we were basically just read to for 4 days. barely anything to break up the monotony or dryness of the content and materials. We were not provided with the recording although we were told we would be. The was a rude interruption at the start of day 4 to basically force us to give feedback. this was done during the live class and not after therefore putting everyone on the spot, I felt forced to say nice things & not speak honestly. Interrupting the session that we are paying for to solicit feedback is extremely unprofessional. This class was not designed to teach us anything it was just a means of taking our money and saying they've provided the number of credit hours needed to take the exam. I had a disappointing experience and do not recommend Sprintzeal. I have now enrolled in a PMP course with Velociteach which utilizes Andy Crowe's materials. Andy Crowe's materials are user friendly and laid out in an easily understood format, he utilizes activities and layman's terms to drive the content home. I feel like Ive wasted my money and time.
Prep material could have been better.
Great training experience. The instructor was very helpful and delivered the content in a way tailored to my career path as well as had hands-on training modules.
What a desilusion! We planned an expensive training, for which, our company and us, could expect a hight quality level. After 2 cancellations, for several reasons, without telling us before day's of beginning, we finaly get an instructor the thrird time, without any book or support to share with us. He arrived Monday at 10.30, start training at 11, by saying that he already book his flight back on Thursday at 14, for a 4 days payed training.... looks like 3, isn't it? Anyway, second day he was sick and said he will do it remotely from hotel. We never get any remote session, or answer. Wednesday morning, we were in copy of a mail saying that he has to cancel. Each time, we have to replace people in training by other employees. my company payed for them and their expenses 3 times for nothing. They refuse to refund, even the training, which is a minimum! Unacceptable! Stay far away from this company!
Do not believe in the fake 5 star ratings they give themselves. Pay attention to the 1-3 star rating for true information as we had the same experience. This company are a bunch of crooks. In person training was purchased for 3 staff members totaling 7500 CHF. We scheduled the first attempt which they cancelled a week before. With the second attempt, the training never showed up on the day of training nor would Sprintzeal answer any of our queries the days leading up to the date to confirm Trainer information. There was an excuse of a family emergency. The 3rd attempt, the trainer showed up late and unprepared to present on a screen. Our staff members had to sort their set up out. The next day the trainer no showed and said he was sick, despite my colleague seeing him downtown later that evening. We contacted Sprintzeal for refund and they said the trainer would be there the next day to finish the course. The trainer no showed again and said he was sick. We paid for a 4 day Live in person training, and they said 2 days would be enough to teach Comptia Net +. Since then they are not returning my calls or emails. BE AWARE of their Senior Business Consultant. There is no senior leadership to escalate things too as they refuse to respond.
Program is educational and understandable, Instructor John Horn is excellent and has the real world experience, he is funny and not boring.. CISSP class help me to know where I stand and what I need to do in the future.. Thank you
Content. Price. Additional Links and Material Guidance from the instructor. Phenomenal support.
Sprintzeal has engaged a very seasoned and knowledgeable instructor for my CISSP class, who could explain the terms and scenarios into broken-down segments that made it easier to digest and relate to. Sprintzeal has done a great job with the supplied materials and content.
Great session and super interactive. I loved the way the instructor delivered the course. super simplified. Thanks for Sprintzeal and John.
I enrolled myself with Sprintzeal for the PMP training course. From day 1, I have been liaising with Tenzin and he has been a great source of information. He has been guiding me well, following up diligently and providing answers and the necessary support as required and I hope this will continue till I get my PMP certificate. I was lucky enough to get a 1:1 course with my PMP trainer, Brijesh. Brijesh has immense wealth of knowledge in this space. 4 day training was more like a discussion with him. He explained the concepts very well, I shared my experience as well with him and in the end we had good constructive discussions and thereby gaining more insights into Project Management concepts. With my experience so far, I recommend Sprintzeal to PMP aspirants.
Good coaching, good follow up, nice materials for training
The teacher did a great job of explaining the material and providing examples. The only negative was several classes did not start on time.
Aly was a great trainer. He kept us focus by providing lots of practice questions. He always motivate us to do revision to pass the exam. Have no further comments on Sprintzeal. We are still waiting for our exam vouchers from them. Hope to get it soon so we can plan when to take the exam accordingly.
Our trainer Muhammad Aly Buka is very knowledgeable towards the subject matter and are very resourceful in sharing thoughts, ideas and resources. Manage to get the understanding on the fundamentals of CAPM. A very much thank you to the trainer for his time and effort in conducting the course.
Onsite CompTIA Project Plus Training With Muhammad Aly Buka - OK (thumbs up)
Sachin really made the experience great, there was so much information to cover but sachin made it great, fun, and always had time for our questions. a slightly longer course wouldn't hurt for cissp. but i feel i have a much better grasp on the materials and test.
Great instructor (Sachin), overall incredible experience. I had some issues with an earlier session and Sprintzeal resolved the issues asap and made things right.
The instructor (Sachin) is awesome - extremely knowledgeable and very helpful (even off hours!). His Q&A sessions at the end of each module to test our knowledge was fantastic (and welcome). Would not hesitate to refer Sachin to anyone wanting to learn about CISSP/Cybersecurity! Message to Sprintzeal: I felt that we tried to cram a lot of information into the 4 weekends and perhaps the course should be extended over at least 5 weekends (hence, I took away 1 star).
