May 05,2023The company hired an experienced, and knowledgeable practitioner of the discipline. The instructor went above and beyond the scope of the course prep, to engage in both practical and exam preparation experiences. 5 Stars for the instructor, and the company's candidate selection process. The support that the company gave to the instructor, was lackluster including PowerPoint slides with egregious spelling errors, copy paste errors, and redundant (even worded the same, so that it is an obvious copy paste) information in subsequent sections. The workbooks that were provided for the CCSP course are insufficient, to cover the breadth of material covered in the exam. (Materials provided were the ISC2 Study Book, and the ISC2 Practice Exam Book. The ISC2 CBK [Common Body of Knowledge] Book is more thorough in scope and covers material that the Study Book does not. The Study Book even references the CBK for further information). 1 Star for the company management.

Apr 17,2023I appreciated the enthusiasm to teach and patience of the tutor through the 4 days of the course. I would have like that more interactive content would have been used though, as we accumulated a lot of slides with concepts, but not as many practical examples to support them. I believe however that the mission to prepare for the PMP exam has been successfully accomplished.

The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and went into great detail on a variety of AWS services, including EC2, ELB, EKS, KMS, and more. Throughout the course, I was able to learn a lot about these services and how to best utilize them for my own projects. The instructor's explanations were clear and concise, making it easy to follow along. One thing I appreciated about this course was the amount of time the instructor spent on each topic. Rather than rushing through everything, they took the time to really delve into the details and ensure we understood each concept fully. Overall, I highly recommend the AWS Solution Architect course for anyone looking to expand their knowledge of AWS services. The trainer's expertise and thoroughness make this course an excellent choice for anyone seeking to improve their skills in this area.
