Jan 19,2023SPRINTZEAL is a SCAM!!! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I signed up to do a 4 day CISSP bootcamp with them and within an hour of the bootcamp I realized this company is a scam. All the content was years old, the trainer had no clue what he was teaching, and the online resources they gave were obviously stolen from other locations. I’m trying to get a refund now, but the “process” they have is extremely slow and delayed. To add on, my credit card company shut down my credit card because of my purchase of the course as they have associated SPRINTZEAL with fraud on MULTIPLE occasions. I can’t stress enough, do not work with this company!!! IN REPLY TO SPRINTZEAL: For starters, SPRINTZEAL called me immediately after posting this asking me to take it down as they said “it skewed their numbers”. I declined as I think everyone should know what to expect from this company: fraud. For anyone interested, I am willing to share an email chain between myself and SPRINTZEAL support that clearly shows 1) I left and asked for a refund within an hour of the first day of class after realizing the material and trainer were both fraud. 2) The level of support that you get from this company is fairly nonexistent and it takes multiple emails and calls to get anything moving. SPRINTZEAL is lying in saying they ever processed my refund. Instead, I had to submit a claim through my credit card company who in turn reported SPRINTZEAL to the authorities. It’s funny they claim I cheated because even if I was able to take the CISSP completely open book with their material, I would fail solely based on how outdated and abysmal the material actually is. Don’t call folks cheaters when you are cheating them out of their money (oh and try to learn some basic grammar)

Jan 14,2023Based on the experience I had with SPRINTZEAL as a trainer, I found it totally Nonprofessional and Deceiving company, I have delivered trainings on behalf of number of companies but never faced this kind of nasty dealing in my 15 years of experience as trainer. For the reference, below is the training detail Subject: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Centre: Spaces 80 Ann Street, Brisbane CBD Date: 19th to 21st September 2022 Below are just few facts regarding the SPRINTZEAL mismanagement **Mismanagement regarding Course Material Experience before the conduct of training was also extremely terrible, multiple times wrong and erroneous course material was sent from SPRINZEAL content team 1- Instead of Six Sigma Green Belt, course material was sent for Six Sigma Black Belt was share 2- After I highlighted the issue1, received the Green Belt course that was full of spelling and format errors, most of the words were concatenated or having spelling mistake, and not presentable for any training 3- After I highlighted the issue2, then received another set of course that was readable and same is delivered in training, but delegates confirmed the course has not been covered the contents as agreed with them when they booked the training, since it didn’t cover the all IASSC body of Knowledge. **Post training dealing with Trainer 1- I have delivered three days onsite training and travelled an hour every day to the training site. After completing training, I have sent the Invoice on 22nd September 2022 but SPRINTZEAL neither processed my invoice nor reply to any my reminders. 2- Tried to contact SPRINTZEAL management on phone but they are not attending my call and also not made my payment 3- Sent messages via SPRINTZEAL portal as well but no reply back 4- Now SPRINTZEAL didn’t leave any option for me except to go for legal action against the company

Jan 13,2023The online security + training instructor Wolfgang was very informative and stayed on topic during our 4 weekends sessions. I have had Mr Wolfgang for a second time around. He connects with the class participants and by providing his own resources and quizzes so that we could study and review notes before practice exams. The labs were very good and were easily to follow along with the instructor.I would like to have more practice exams from sprintzeal added to the curriculum. Overall I give the class a 4.5 out of 5. Only because of interruption during holiday break. We were paused in the middle of momentum! I would highly recommend SprintZeal to anyone looking to seek CompTia Security + Certification Stevie Green Information Technology PKI Project Manager

Mr. Pradeep Saboji has been assigned a counselor for me and I must say he is an expert in his domain and was very convincing for me to stop my search for my PMP certification PDU and PMP application process which is not a easy job. I would like to specillay thanks Mr. Pradeep Saboji for his help and support he has provided throughout my PMP certification journey.
