Aug 24,2022The instructor, Gaurav Sharma, definitely was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain every topic very well. Each session is well engaged with his own explanation of topics and virtual lab work, making it for a really pleasant and understanding experience. Some things were left to learn from the labs themselves, but he did a great job of teaching me them if I had any doubts. He was definitely there to do his best so I could learn everything I needed.

Aug 22,2022This has been a tremendous expeirence for me. I am a PM and was required to obtain ITIL4 on my next contract. Sprintzeal has made this task seamless. The interaction with the trainer was excellent. The one-on-one expereince was a great surprise also. l love how the trainer encourages interactive activies to ensure knowledge is received. I was nervous about taking the two day course with so much information but now I am confident that I will do well. Bravo Sprintzeal!

The AWS Solution Architect exam covers many topics, but our instructor made it a point to cover as much material as possible to prepare us for self-study and the exam. I look forward to letting him know when I do pass. Our instructor Hamed Woodworth was both experienced and full of industry knowledge. I look forward to future courses.] Gary

Aug 19,2022ITIL4 Training Material and instructor was very good and was sure we were all engaged. She involved us by having us write down key concepts and asking questions. Very good experience overall.

Aug 19,2022The PowerPoint material had a lot of information, and the concepts for ITIL seem very useful. The instructor seems to be on it when it comes to making sure we are all on the same page. However, there should be better structure to the course, and having to create a feedback video in the middle of the second day was very jarring and messed with the flow. We are also being told that we have to leave a review here before we can finish the class which seems very unprofessional.

Aug 19,2022Content was a little rushed; the repetition was good though. The class was interrupted for on camera reviews of the trainer which was distracting, if not a little off-putting. More time should be allotted for discussion and the chat module should be utilized more, if open discussion is not going to a regular content item.

Aug 15,2022I had the opportunity to take the PMI Risk Management Professional Course through Sprintzeal and it was an awesome experience. My instructor Tammy prepared me to take and pass the exam on my first attempt. Tammy is very knowledgeable, and her instruction method was conducive for a positive learning environment. She coupled institutional knowledge and her experience in the industry to make the material more relatable/understandable. I will request her in the future as I plan to expand on my knowledge in Program/Project Management. Alex was vital in my successful enrollment and always a trusted agent to aid in my self-development plan. He does explain carefully all the steps on what to do within AWS. He offers lab tests every time we end a topic in AWS. He made sure that I understood all the teachings he had made within our training program. He is so excited everyday to meet and teach me about the AWS SysOps course. On behalf of this, I would like to give a big thumbs up and a great commend to Shiv for teaching me in such an interesting way that I myself get excited every time I will be in class. He is also so considerate about my hardships getting in class on time. He adjusts his time just to cater and teach me. Thanks to Shiv and to all of you in the Sprintzeal Family!
