Dec 22,2022I have enrolled in CBAP Prep physical classroom in Kuala Lumpur from 19th to 22nd December 2022, the training was delivered by expert in subject matter Mr. Muahammad Aly Buka, he has a great way of simplifying the concepts and connecting things together, the material that he has provided were great and easy to read for such amount of information, he also tested my knowledge everyday by conducting assessment to make sure I grasped the content very well. the only thing I would suggest to improve is that the course fee compared to facilities provided is not logical, so perhaps sprintzeal might consider improving this aspect other than that I'm overall satisfied with the outcomes and hoping to ace my exam real soon

Dec 20,2022A sincere admission, I do not hesitate to make , is that post qualification training capsules must be made more with practical approach and the trainers shall be blessed with the art of teaching/ training to make the wards stunningly mute at the lectures, eyes glowing with admiration and satiation at the knowledge imparted. This is precisely the gut feeling I enjoyed during 35 long hours of my training stint in PMP at Sprintzeal. Yes, Mrs. Swati, the faculty undoubtedly made our zeal sprint. I, basically an academician for around quarter century in varied multi-cultural, Multi sectorial and Multinational professional environs, was practically in search of a good platform to sharpen my expertise in Project Management. The counseling and motivation by Mr. Pradeep Saboji, the coordinator at Sprintzeal convinced me that my search can end there. Mr.Pradeep’s expertise doesn't lie in counseling, instead in listening to you patiently, understanding you thoroughly and making you realize what you want. Definitely exceptional in counseling and motivating sessions I have experienced earlier. And when we were introduced to Mrs. Swati, the trainer, we understood that we are at the right stop. 35 long hours spanned over 4 Weekends were both lovely and lively. Precisely, the program has ignited our zeal for participative perfection (team project management). It is not at all an exaggeration that we are brimming with confidence, enthusiasm and a readiness to face the challenging intricacies of Project Management at the conclusion of the sessions. Dec 14,2022This is my feedback and review about "AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional" course provided by SprintZeal I wish Zero Star was an option! My advice : if you have extra money to spend just donate it you feel much much better. Wish you all the best in your certification process. The rest is the story if you are curious about the details. I have been in Industry on Architect Level more than 18 years, and I am Cloud Solution Architect 7+ years 1) I chose SprintZeal without proper research and due diligence, it was my mistake. 1-1) I asked them some questions by email, because it was very important for me to support US based businesses: 1-2) Where is your office located and based? 1-3)Are you outsourcing courses to other countries like India? Or is it done in the US? 1-4) let's not talk about their answers! 2) The Instructor was above average in terms of knowledge and teaching skills to transfer that knowledge. The rank for him is 7/10 overall. Thank you OM. The situation wasn't your fault. 3) The customer support was disaster 3-1)Usually response came with 24-48 hours delay 3-2)They claim they are in US, but I had have greeting message in Indian Language when calling the coordinator 3-3)They offered me 8 days 32 hours training and I paid for the course What they Delivered was 5 days! 4) Customer Satisfaction 4-1)I asked them since SprintZeal didn't deliver what they sold to me (3 days short) so I am entitled for 3/8 = 37.5% refund 4-2) They insisted to offer me the class all over again 4-3) I refused because of the reason in Item 5 4-4)The Supervisor / Manager reached my very politely and after a long conversation asked for couple of days to handle this situation 4-5) No response from the coordinator or manager after 5 days 5) Reason I didn't like the course 5-1) It was too expensive! 5-2) There are much better choices with SanBox even Guided SandBox and Exam Tests and monitoring your performance with the cost of $100 /year, with 10s of hours video and offline technical support if you have any technical question about AWS Architecture 5-3) Time Management of the coordinator, support was not professional at all 5-4) ... The list goes on and on just doesn't worth my time and yours

Dec 11,2022Sprint zeal customer service is good and responded to all our queries and also changed our trainer when we had concerns with original trainer. Regarding training, Trainer Stacy was good and explained the course in detailed with examples

My team uses a extensive set of AWS resources to solve some of the most complex problems in the education and (previously) ecommerce industries. Sprintzeal and specifically the instructor OM have been brilliant in training us on the deeper end of the AWS technology stack and have given great insights into when what services can be used. With this knowledge, I intend to pass AWS Solution Architect professional certification with flying colors.
