This was a well documented course with lots of reference material and practice questions to prepare you for the PMI certification test. The instructor was very knowledgeable and the online video conference format was very productive.

Mansoor was a pretty fast presenter, but certainly knew what he was talking about. He asked interactive questions yesterday (the third day of training) which was helpful. He seems to have a lot of experience in the area and if he could slow down just a bit with his presentation I think he would be great!

The course is quick so you have to pay attention. Don't be afraid to ask questions, the instructor is very knowledgable.

A very comprehensive course. Very informative with a knowledgeable instructor. Highly recommend having some background in project management however, as a lot of material is covered in a very short amount of time, and can seem a tad of overwhelming.

The PMP Bootcamp training covered a HUGE amount of information in a short time. The trainer was very knowledgeable of PMP concepts and served as a great resource. I appreciated the approach of "teaching to the test" since my exam was immediately after the training. At times, it felt like information overload but I don't see how else it could feel given the amount of content we needed to cover in such a short time.

There were some noises in the background on instructor's side which were distracting. Instructor is very qualified, very knowledgeable, but since it is alot of material, I think he needs to present the material with a structure and a plan so it is just not just go through the slides everyday.

This was a terrible training experience. I completed a three-day Lean Six Sigma course in Brisbane Australia. Sprintzeal have a three-day agenda for the course which I downloaded from the website. The course agenda is quite comprehensive and follows the Body of Knowledge fairly closely, so I was anticipating a good learning experience. Unfortunately the content delivered during the course deviated wildly from the published agenda. For example, the agenda refers to 2 x case studies (which sounded great and made me hope for an interactive and engaging experience). Unfortunately there was no case study. There were no questions, quizzes, confirmation of learning activities, or any other interactive activity. It was three days of the instructor clicking through 483 slides and reading from them. The only interaction came from the audience asking questions. The other key difference between the agenda and what we were taught was a complete lack of statistical concepts. When I pointed out this to the instructor, showing him the agenda, he was good enough to deliver a short ad hoc session on statistics. However, statistics is a key component (perhaps the key component) of Six Sigma. The mock assessment questions included on the website include many questions that relate to statistical concepts, none of which were covered during the face-to-face delivery. The instructor was quite knowledgeable, and was able to provide some good examples from his own experience or from historical examples. I have no issue with his knowledge of the subject, however it was apparent that he was not well-trained as a teacher or facilitator. He didn't ask for confirmatory questions to ensure we understood the subject matter, although when prompted he indicated that he was not permitted to depart from the course materials. I am left with the sinking feeling that having finished the three-day course, I now have to seek out my own information and teach myself to fill in the wide gaps between what I've been taught and what is required for the test. The course also gives access to online learning materials. This review has not focused on the online materials because I paid for a face-to-face course, and it was this component which I anticipated gaining the most value from. I will add that the online lessons were in general better than the classroom lessons because the trainer used in the online materials used a better structured slide deck (why this wasn't used in the face-to-face lessons, I do not know) and was a better teacher, asking many questions and generally engaging with her student. However these lessons are not indexed in any way, so there is no way of skipping or going back to a particularly topic because they are not labelled. Also the online mock tests were quite poor. The questions were often written in a confusing style, making it difficult to understand what the question was intending. And while the correct answer was provided, it did not provide an explanation or even a section of the course to refer to for revision. A less important but still annoying issue was the terrible formatting of the slides, with many errors on most slides (spelling, grammar, inconsistencies from what had been provided in other places), different fonts and formats used, slides randomly repeated or used out of any logical sequence, and generally appearing like the first draft of a high school student who has been asked to produce a presentation on Six Sigma by downloading every slide he could find and throwing it together without properly understanding the concepts involved. In summary, the key shortfalls of this course were (a) content, specifically regarding statistics, (b) a lack of any interactive or engaging activities to allow learners to confirm learning and practise the newly acquired knowledge, and (c) confusing structure that didn't assist the learner to understand how the specific topic being taught related to the wider subject. I am considering seeking a reimbursement based upon the fact that the course delivered was not as advertised in the agenda, and because of the very poor standards of the content. I have little to no expectation of getting my money reimbursed, mostly because all other highly critical posts on this site have resulted in patronising and dismissive comments from Sprintzeal to the effect of 'everyone else has given us 5 stars, you must be wrong'. The high star-rating that Sprintzeal has managed to accumulate is a mystery to me. Perhaps there are multiple companies sharing the same name, one that is excellent, and the one that I got stuck with. I enrolled in the Network + N10-008 training course with Mr. Muhammad Aly Buka. He was extremely professional and prompt during all the classes. The training material presented by him was done in a methodical manner with added emphasis on key content related to the certification exam. The test material prepared by him was quite extensive and will put you on the right path in terms of understanding the overall content. At every step of the way, Mr. Muhammad will patiently guide you through the training material and make sure you polish your skills along the way. I would highly recommend Mr. Muhammad Aly Buka and Sprintzeal for anyone looking to obtain the Network+ certification.

I was trained CISSP with Shiv. I really liked it: excellent course and instructor, detailed materials. However I often had problems connecting to the GoTo platform.

Trainer Dr Rajneesh Mahajan has well prepared training materials which covers practice standard, PMBOK and his experiences. GoTo meeting software works very well and flexible on-line training programs are good to fit my schedule. Any question will be responded timely. Great service.

Becky made sure I stayed focus on the teaching, she made sure I was engaged by reading out loud and understanding ITIL v4. She's detailed explaining each slide. Made sure I wrote down key words and definitions. I would use her again for other provided trainings. Thanks Bruce
