May 01,2021I was told that the two products were in stock and I would get them this week - once I ordered them and got the confirmation I was told they won’t be back in stock until at least the end of June - very disappointed and would not recommend buying off this site.

Apr 30,2021Incorrect product information displayed on website and given by staff. Staff are clearly clueless about many of the products they stock. Products shown as available took months to arrive (numerous manufacturing/shipping delays apparently) but noone had the decency to proactively provide updates. Wrong products shipped and they seem incapable of arranging a collection or providing return address details. Staff will not admit fault, ever, instead making further false claims or contradicting themselves. Definitely not the same level of service we were used to several years ago. You couldn't pay me to purchase from SP Services in future!

Apr 19,2021I bought a pair of 'Tracerline 8' boots, back in October 2020. They arrived quickly, and they performed brilliantly, better than ones I had worn in the military. Whilst doing them up Friday (16 April) one of the loops failed-the boots were still wearable, but I wasn't pleased this happened after just 6 months. Dropped an email to the company, and Lenni contacted me to let me know-on Monday 19th April, to confirm a replacement pair are on their way. Great company, excellent customer service, and friendly/helpful staff. I highly recommend this company.

Tiniest whinge would be please remove items from the webpage if unavailable, but then again that may decrease future visitors, so unlucky I guess. Great company

The only problem is orders never say who they are for, despite putting on purchase order for the attention of, so can be difficult to track down order or Goods In have trouble finding out who to deliver to. Products are good. It does say where it is going to, but not the person. We have a lot of different staff and departments that order seperately.
