I ordered a Litmann stethoscope online and received an email the next day saying that it was out of stock for 7-10 working days. I could not wait that long because it is essential for my NHS work and I replied 30 minutes later asking for a refund. I did not receive a reply so I phoned SP Services and they stated that my PayPal account would be refunded. No refund appeared and it has taken another email (also not replied to) and 3 further phone calls to finally get a refund today, 10 days after requesting it. I have used SP Services for many years and have always had good customer service but this has been a very frustrating experience. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in future.
I always use SP Services to replace and update our Mountain Rescue Team medical supplies. They also offer a 10% for team members to buy their own equipment. Items are dispatched quickly and of great quality.

Contacted SP ref. My parabag extreme. Suffered broken zip due to metal fatigue from regular use. Asked if I could buy to replacement zippers as I work for fire service and fire service tailor says they can fit them as a favour if I can get replacements. SP operative informed my by email that they can't supply replacement zippers unless I send bag back, despite it being past its warranty, and it will cost me £80 + VAT to fix despite the bag costing £450 new. RIP OFF!!!

Excellent servvice
Ordered an item that showed as "in stock" on the website. Customer services (Lenni McGlynn) sent email offering cancellation - which I accepted. Full refund received within 24 hours. Disappointed not to get product but happy with the speed of refund.
I missed a "0" from my account number and the order was cancelled without my knowledge. I only found out when I chased the order. I did receive an email to say that the order were being processed but nothing to say it had been cancelled.
Placed an order in December 2020, items were marking on stock on website. Informed that goods are not in stock and they have been ordered after requesting several updates on the status. Delay in goods getting in stock by another 2 months. Agreed by both parties that order is cancelled and refunded. 7 months down the line and the refund has not been given yet!!!

Bordering 4/5 stars. Ordered a product and paid extra for next working day delivery. yep...it didn't arrive.... However spoke to customer services, who explained that they had issues with couriers. Running my own business, couriers have let me down so many times. Customer services credited back my full deliver charge. Goods arrived next day.

Jul 04,2021On the previous order, no problem with SP Services but the DHL delivery left a lot to be desired. On ordering, I specified that if there was no answer, to leave it in my recycling bin, but not my neighbour's. When delivery was scheduled, I requested a divert to a shop for collection. When the text said it was delivered to the shop, I went to collect, but no parcel. I then came home and found it left on my doorstep, damp from the rain, and the instruction to leave it in the bin clear on the address panel.
