Feb 13,2021I would giving 5 stars, if I could order bellow the £75.00 then what I can't, at the time where I was threying to buy disinfectant I was bellow the minimum amount of my order I should buy something what I don't need, when I get charge for the delivery is it not my choice? That is whey I've this an low star then in alle it is a good service. I would pay for the delivery but I did not had this option I must buy somthing what I don't need it get not about the free delivery but I was charged but could not check out.

Feb 13,2021SP offer a great range of products and have an easy to use website and good customer service, but it comes at a price. They are expensive, especially some of their non branded items are sold at a very high premium.

Feb 12,2021I bought a iPad aed. It was within the recall time of the device and it was known that there was a issue. To be solved with an update. However it was still sold to me.Only when I found the fault and contacted you that I found out there was a known update needed. You still were selling these faulty devices and have pushed the responsibility onto the manufacturer? Why did you sell me the unit knowing it was requiring a technician to come to update the software? What a pain ?

Feb 08,2021After years of buying from you. Now being told due to current covid you will not deliver to Jersey. Well I order from all over the world and do not have this issue with anyone else. Jersey is part of the UK when convenient for the UK.

Feb 13,2021Most of the time SP have supplied what I've ordered. Due to the pandemic there have been global shortages and this has resulted in more UK companies making PPE. I have asked SP what UK companies they use for PPE without a valid answer. Anyone wanting to use SP should ask the question whether their PPE is made in UK or Asia/China.
