We use SP Services as a totally reliable source of PHLS “stuff”. No problem. Whilst we are communicating it occurs to me to ask if SP Services could offer a discount to the totally voluntary and 99% donation dependent Mountain Rescue Teams of the UK

Mar 03,2021Very disappointing customer service! I ordered a manikin and a selection of smaller items in preparation for an exam (as a student paramedic). However, when delivery was made the manikin was missing despite the delivery note saying it had been delivered. I contacted customer service by phone and email but no one called me back. I called the following day and they acknowledged the item had been misplaced and they would come back to me the following day with an update on when it would be delivered. I received no call. I called the next morning and was told they didn't know where the manikin was but they would chase the courier again and call me back by 9am. 11.30am and still no call. So, I called yet again and was told there was no update!! If someone says they will call me - I expect a call - even if this is to say they still don't know. I explained the importance of the delivery but was informed (in my opinion - quite rudely) they had no idea and there was nothing they could do. So I explained it was now 5 days since the initial delivery and asked if they could send out another manikin or issue a refund so I could purchase elsewhere. Apparently they don't keep the item in stock and they couldn't issue a refund. At this point I became rather frustrated and asked to speak to a manager. After a few minutes on hold I was NOT passed to a manger and instead abruptly told a refund would be issued within the next 5 days! No apology or sincereness - very disappointed in deed!

Feb 16,2021I ordered the Full Zip 8 inch Tracerlite Boots as they were on offer for £35.00 via Facebook. They arrived a couple of days before Christmas Eve, Which was the start of my Christmas period of Night Shifts. They are very comfortable and light to wear, They fit well and accommodate my broad feet! Hopefully, I will get some decent wear out of them? 5 stars
