Nov 04,2020I've been using SP Services for 14 years and with no issue. In fact I have raved about them to friends and family however my latest purchase didn't go well. The way I enquired about when the rest of my order was going to arrive could have been handled better. It involved a lot of email correspondence and even an email to the Director of Operations before I got an answer. I understand that "Covid" gets the blame for many things lately but can't be the answer to a simple question of "when will the rest of my order arrive?" They've promised that this was a slight blip and will be sorted for next time. I work on a three strike system and they lost one this time!
