May 01,2019I’ve been a client with SP Services for a little over 3 years now and must say that they’ve never let me down. The prices might be a bit high but when you’re a college of paramedics member you’ll get a generous 10% discount. Placing an order online is simple and quick and shipment is remarkably quick. The SP services staff are all very knowledgeable and know their stuff.

We ordered a new bag for my SJA unit (Parabag Medic plus backpack) for our Advanced First Aiders.This fits all of the supplies including a full oxygen kit for our AFA's.What can I say but extremely helpful staff, fast delivery and as per usual an Excellent product. This isn't my first product that I've ordered from SP and certainly will not be my last. The range of products is amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone as the products are first class and are also very durable. Thanks SP !!

He not only offered me what i asked for but also offered alternatives at better prices. I obtained quotes from 3 seperate companies and SP Services were not only easier to communicate with, but worked out cheaper than their competitors! I will use this company again in the future. Apr 04,2019From calling them to check stock, then arriving on site to collect my item, SP Services were a pleasure from start to finish. The lovely Lucinda quickly found my Grabber All Weather Blanket & processed the paperwork with a ready smile & an easy manner. The shop is well laid out with refreshments available for customers & the FV432 parked outside brought back memories of happy days when I used to drive one myself. In short, very enjoyable experience & I would definitely shop with them again. Thanks for the smiles, Lucinda. Made my day. Dave :)

Apr 04,2019I recently purchased one of the Gerber Emergency tools, unfortunately there was a slight delay in delivery. It is always said that one can judge a company by how they recover an issue. Well, not only did the Gerber arrive by express delivery; but Natalie also ensured I was sent an amazing goodie package, mugs, pen and other goodies! So, as an Emergency Services worker, who like the rest of us loves freebies, really happy! The Gerber is excellent and service spot on. I would recommend and I will be using them again in the very near future. Thanks SP and thanks Natalie!

Mar 29,2019Our get as used SP numerous time unfortunately they don't always have what very need in stock and for such a big company it takes a while to get what we need which isn't very good when it's the medical profession also were told that they couldn't get a rechargeable battery for our AED so we bought a normal one which was expensive and later found one from another company maybe SP is to big know to care
