Jun 04,2023So far everything is smooth the app is working well regarding topping up your wallet viewing different properties either as 2D plan or 3D virtual tour, legitimately it's so impressive that everything is transparent there Also as the app just got released almost 1 year ago, it's so impressive regarding functionalities it has. On the other hand and as a software engineer I can feel that still there's a room for enhancement as the app is slightly laggy from time to time But overall very good and impressive effort 👍

I am still happy with the support (replies WhatsApp inquiries within a few minutes), pace of the processes, and return of the verified ownership documentation. All is very good as of yet, and the updates sent to investors show the indication of the platform growing and firming its attractive shape.

Even the customer service is so good that as soon as I uploaded my documents I got a call to enquire if I know what the platform is about and if I need any additional information or if I had any questions, on a Sunday. They're contactable via WhatsApp, emails, and calls which is great!
