Then, as soon as I made my first investment I received an email from one of the founders also to thank me for trusting and for having confidence in them. This is inspiring. May 22,2023I really like the business model. The app and website are easy to use. Stake offers good transparency regarding the offered propoerties. I really appreciate that they take shariah compliance into consideration. The support team is responsive. Some aspects I would like to see improved are security and information sharing. Currently I am only asked to provide a simple password before logging-in or investing. I would like to have the option of two-factor authentication for added security very soon, and I think that is essential for such website. Also, I would like to get more information regarding the status of my investments. For example, one of the propoerties I invested in has seen delay in the deed distribution by several weeks and I still have not received the deed. I expect to get an email with information of why the delay occured and when will the deed be distributed without me having to reach out and ask.
