Die Kommunikation mit Standert gestaltet sich sehr schwer. (hat was vom Canyon Kundensupport) Updates bzgl. ausstehenden Lieferungen muss man sich hart durch mehrere Emails (Telefon ist nie besetzt) selbst erarbeiten. Hauptsache Instagram wird gepflegt.

Liebes Standert-Team, ich bin mit meinem of the shelf-Erdgeschoss super zufrieden!Es sieht einfach unfassbar schön aus!Und noch viel wichtiger: es fährt sich traumhaft!Vielen Dank!Ihr habt da wirklich ein tolles Rad erschaffen!Genial! Einziger Kritikpunkt beim Kauf: Wenn ich extra anrufe,um zu fragen,warum die Schaltung als „used“ beschrieben ist,dann hätte ich diesem Gespräch auch gerne erfahren,dass der Umwerfer stark verkratzt ist und nicht nur,dass das Rad ein paar mal Probe gefahren wurde!Er funktioniert dennoch gut - alles ok!Nur das sollten die Verkäufer schon wissen! Pfadfinder im Sept. vorbestellt, Lieferverzögerung bis Mitte Februar, in der Zwischenzeit gerade mal 1 (ganz nettes) Update zur Bestellung erhalten. Eine E-Mail alle 2-3 Wochen zum aktuellen Status hätte schon gereicht. Rahmen erhalten, Oberrohr komplett schief drangeschweißt (Qualitätskontrolle???). Hin und her mit (nettem) Kundenservice, das Gefühl der Angelegenheit hinterherrennen zu müssen. Möglicher Austausch mit anderem Rahmen soll geprüft werden, wieder 1 Woche Funkstille, trotz Hinweis dass es nach so langer Wartezeit langsam drängt. Wieder hinterherrennen. Ganz starkes Gefühl als in Vorkasse gegangener und lange Zeit geduldiger Kunde nicht wirklich ernstgenommen zu werden! Enttäuschend.

Fast bike, sharp and responsive and yet, at least for me, very comfortable. It looks fantastic, has a great finish, I'm happy! Big benefit: premium service before, during and after the purchase. You don't see that very often! Thanks, especially to Tom!

The team listens, responds quickly to emails and is responsive on social media. As for the delivery, to send to France we have no choice but to pay 16€ FEDEX delivery and I had to wait 5 days. For supposedly an EXPRESS delivery at this price the I find it a bit expensive. Otherwise the main positive is the products are of good quality.

Nice service, nice bikes and a very nice showroom. Within four days I had the bike at home - Berlin to "Frankfurt" - what a dream :-) Maybe it would be nice if you have advice on you website on how to adjust the different groupsets - configurate the shifters, buttons... But that would only be a bonus :-)

Bought Standert Full bike from Malaysia and the support I received is very helpful particularly Tom. Enjoyed riding the bike and so excited to be part of the Standerr Family! Fun is fast!
