There was a delay in receiving the item but due to the time of year and the carrier Item arrived in good shape and the pricing was very good

After ordering the shipment was delayed and I contacted the seller and they followed up immediately to see what the problem was. They kept in contact till we received the product and then verified it was to our satisfaction. The Glass stones are beautiful and work well with the firpit.

I had ordered the pure yellow glass rocks and received an assortment of browns with a few yellow thrown in. Contacted company and in just over a week received the correct item. The look and quality of the rocks are good. Would of given 5 five stars based on product but due to having to deal with mix up lowered 4.

We stumbled upon this company while looking up how to replace our burner in our fireplace on YouTube. They were having a great sale with free shipping and no tax so we ordered a H burner kit in the appropriate size. It shipped immediately and was delivered within a few business days. The kit was easy to install and we had our fireplace up and running within the hour. We will definitely recommend them to friends looking to renovate their fireplaces in the future!

I received only 1 of the 9 items I ordered. There was no indication on the packing list of an ETA for the balance. Contacted customer service via emai. Have not gotten a response.

Watched one of starfiredirect YouTube videos on preparing our old fireplace for a new stainless steel H-burner and add 1/4 inch clear reflective tempered glass. Everything worked just as their video described and presto! What a beautiful result. With a small investment our fireplace looks like a million bucks!

Bought 2- 12" burners w/jets to build fire pits, the quality of these burners are great. Everyone loves the pits and I have recommended Starfire to several people. Ordered a burner to convert my fireplace, can't wait.
