Jun 27,2014We'd seen fireglass in a friend's fireplace and found it very nice to look at as well as a conversation piece. We learned more about it, priced it at various places, and decided to proceed and to use Starfire Direct. Ordered some samples of colors, put together an order online, and then called to verify that we had ordered the proper tubing and quantity. Starfire people were very helpful. We thought we were going to need a longer hose from the gas pipe to the burner but the hose that came with the burner turned out to be long enough and Starfire made it easy to return the extra hose with no hassle. We get lots of compliments. We have put a Mickey Mouse gnome on top of the glass and that makes the fireplace even more interesting since there is really hardly ever a fire in the fireplace.

Jun 27,2014I saw some fireglass at an outdoor furniture store. When I inquired to purchase some, the owner of the shop was rude and unhelpful. I came home, went online, found these guys--with a great selection of colors, they make it very easy to mix and match. And at 40% less than the price quoted from the store. Have recommended them to 3 neighbors who admired our fireplace. Thanks again...Ann & Richard

Kim Woody from Starfire helped me get the information I needed to custom design and build a great firepit. She was very responsive, very knowledgeable and was a tremendous help by even offering cost-effective solutions. Ya'll have a customer for life.

Jun 27,2014My experience with Starfire Direct was outstanding. I purchased two fire pots and couldn't be happier with the product. The customer service gal I dealt with was so helpful and friendly. When friends and neighbors ask about the pots I always tell them about Starfire Direct and what a great experience I had with them!

Jun 27,2014When we set out to purchase a gas fire pit, it was very confusing as to what parts and pieces we needed to purchase, Starfire Direct made it easy. They explained the different models and we placed an order. Then we changed our mind - thankfully just overnight - and called back to change our order. It was great that we had an assigned person who had handled our original order and then our subsequent change. She was always friendly and always helpful. They kept us apprised of when it would ship and followed up. A very good experience!

Jun 27,2014Most important purchase questions were asked that made my set-up and operation work excellent. The rep made sure, because of distance of propane tank from burner, that I order a high pressure valve for better flame control. Everyone that hangs by my patio when it is running, loves it. Jun 27,2014We purchased a hammered bronze fire table. It was a little scary buying the unit on line, but a representative of Starfire talked us through the process, answered our questions and assured us that the product would more than meet our expectations. It did. When it arrived, a foot for one of the legs was missing. Directions said to contact a number if anything was missing or broken. I did, somewhat skeptically. A voice said, "I can help you with that." The part arrived in the mail a short time later. We're delighted with the firetable and with the help we received from the Company.

Jun 27,2014Item did not arrive in time for my party- huge let down and customer service was rude and refused to admit item was late. Horrible and embarrassing! Whenever anyone asks where I got my firepit I warn them against using ur company!
