His knowledge about which lender to choose for the best rates and the type of property we were buying was second to none. Sunny and Taylor always kept us up to date and were always very responsive. We were so relieved to be successful and get the mortgage we needed at the best rate possible. We wanted to say a huge thank you to Sunny and Taylor for all their guidance and support. If I had any questions I could email her and would always get an answer back within hours. The whole process was 10/10 and I have recommend Maria to two friends already.

Nov 01,2024It’s a festival day for us, but when I saw the email for the feedback, I have taken time out as it’s worth whilst appreciating the hard work, prompt responses, finding the best rates, reviewing the rate in the middle of the transaction with improved lowered interest rate and then at the end Sunny Gill was so helpful as there was hiccup with the asking amount from the lender and I have consulted Sunny on the last minute, He highlighted the fact that stamp duty is increasing from 31st October and saved me lot of money. I would recommend extraordinary service to anyone who is looking for mortgage. Thanks Prad

Mark kept me updated throughout and was very happy to take the time to discuss questions that I had. After initially securing a mortgage offer for me, Mark obtained revised offers a number of times before completion as mortgage rates subsequently fell and I am very satisfied with the deal I ended up on. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone in need of mortgage advice.
