She talked me through the sort of things I should look out for when looking and even checked the properties I was viewing for me on rightmove to check for any mortgage red flags. Once I had my offer accepted she got my mortgage application in same day and swapped me down rates twice while waiting for exchange. Darren was also great following up on the progress. I’m so glad I used Maria and would 1000% recommend to anyone

Professional, knowledgeable beyond any other financial organisation I have had previous dealings with. Customer service that goes above and beyond. Throughout the whole process both Richard and Darren provided a seamless service, smooth and stress free. 5 stars and beyond. I highly recommend especially if you are looking for a mortgage in the current climate, and have a pay structure that does not conform to all available lenders. An organisation that is head and shoulders above the rest.
