May 20,2022As a first time buyer I was a little nervous to deal with estate agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers. However, James immediately put me at ease and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable during our first phone call. He explained everything in simple terms and I was made aware of what my next steps would be and what was required of me. There was no way I would have been able to navigate the mortgage process without his help and the guidance he gave me on finding the best value mortgage was invaluable, especially at a time like this. Mortgage administrator Della was always available to answer my questions and concerns and gave me near daily updates on my application. She made the whole process so much less stressful than it would have been had I done it alone. I can't thank them both enough and I will not hesitate to contact them for any financial services in the future.

May 05,2022I don't usually get on with mortgage brokers (!) however James Sherrard at the Parkstone branch of St Barts Finance was exceptional. Due to a separation, there were many challenges in selecting a mortgage product for the family home, including dealing with two parties with differing agendas. James made the process of selecting a product and helping us understand in layman's terms the advantages and disadvantages of the options available. He was able to place us with a lender with one of the best rates possible. The process was straight forward and quick and the ex-partner was even proved wrong for once. I seldomly leave a positive review for anyone however I rate James as a five star master of mortgages!

He communicated regularly and also helped push our purchase through, we couldn't have done it without him! Thank you again. Mar 16,2022I have been using St Barts for a number of years for help with my BTL mortgages. Having used other brokers in the past I can honestly say St Barts are the best I've used. Maria goes to great lengths to ensure that she finds the best deals not just in terms of cost but also what fits my personal circumstances. Maria is also extremely easy to talk when discussing mortgage packages and makes it easy to understand. Although I mainly use Maria the whole team are great and always very helpful. I have recently completed on a particularly complex mortgage which without the help of Maria would never have happened. I will continue to use St Barts and would highly recommend then to anybody looking for help with their mortgage needs.

With the very long hours I am working, I have very little free time and Daniel totally grasped that and managed to slot me in to catch up on the phone to go through the pension process and explained exactly how everything would work without making me feel rushed but fully appreciating that I needed someone responsive to move things on for me as quickly as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel to anyone requiring pensions advice. I really could not be happier with the service from him and St Barts. 5 stars, thanks again.
