Ashley, will say to me I am going to say something to you and you may not like it however whatever he shares with me is better than the former especially during the inflation rates changes. Glad, I used St Barts finance. start to finish was amazing. Advise was helpful, constructive, reliable, and honest each time.

Mar 10,2023I don't usually write reviews like this but the service from St Barts via Brad Fry (Bournemouth) was absolutely exceptional so I had to share. I used Brad to get a mortgage to buy my first ever flat just before Christmas. My case was a little complicated as alongside a day job I also had self-employment income I needed to factor in as I was buying alone, and post-Covid it was hard getting lenders to accept this self employment income. However, Brad was nothing short of magic. He always gave brilliant and smart advice and helped me to get a great, and long term, mortgage at a time when the market was sinking fast (Sept/Oct 22)! He also sorted income protection insurance for me afterwards too so I could live in my new home with peace of mind. No other brokers I tried felt able to do anything with my case, so I am especially grateful for Brad's help. He went above and beyond time and time again to help me, and now I own my own home and I love it! Thank you so much Brad. Highly, highly recommend.
