Dec 14,20225 stars is not enough for Mark Burgees at St Bart Finance. Mark has done a phenomenal job to secure my mortgage offer. I spoke to Mark towards the end of my enquiries with other brokers whom all assured me that they have searched the “whole market” and I will never able to get a mortgage due to my situation. I am single mother of 3 young children, low income and to make the situation even more complex I had bad credit with recent CCJ on my credit file. After speaking to other mortgage brokers before Mark, I had no faith that I will ever be able to own my own home. Mr Mark Burgees resolved it. He was very calm, reassuring, kept me up to date through out the whole process, never did I ever had to chase for an update on anything. My emails were always answered quickly and phone calls were never missed. Not only did he get me my mortgage offer but he was also able to get me bigger loan than I asked for. I can see a long working relationship with St Bart Finance - never going with any other broker. Thank you Mr Mark Burgees at St Bart Finance.

Oct 27,2022After being messed about by a mortgage advisor, (recommended by an estate agent) who wasted a lot of my time, I when to Richard at St Barts Finance. From the starting point, everything was done smoothly and with logic, and a good pace. Richard doesn't over-promise you a deal. Richard and his team are just great and they know what they are talking about which is a big deal. They look after you from start to finish and they go the extra mile to ensure you have been looked after. Save yourself plenty of time and energy and go with these guys when you need a mortgage. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
