ridicuolous payment experience and fraudolent behaviour i needed the software to solve a probvlem with a server (by night when none is workgin) i pay the software on the website. i authorize payment for the software and get confirmation of the order for some misteriuous and ridicuolous situation (payment glitches in 20204 ahahah) i received an email that payment is not confirmed and that i will receive in fo in 4 HOURS up to 24 HOURS. after that i contacted chat to get support and solved nothing. the solution should be to write an email to some partner ( i don't care who is partner i boutgh software on stellar webpage) waiti for some remote repliy in undefinited time, or to call to USA this partner. so i remain with a confirmed order for 400 € with all my card data wich i don't know whne and IF it would be processed. same time stellar can't cancel order becaus ethe payment is made by some other partner. can't use paypal? stripe? vivawallet or anyh thousand other payment (working) portanl instead of this s**t? meanwhile half an hour wated in chat for nothing. after that i boutgh anyway the software but realized that promized "fix and recover corruption of edb file and solve most of the mount failures" is not true end the software cannot do such activity. there fore i requested refund since the software does not do promised. the company categorically refused refund and acted fraudolenty denying the truth and chatting one hour with nonsense responses. i filed to police a compliant for fraud committed by the company.
