Sep 03,2024Onze externe harde schijf met al onze foto's was kapot. Voor ons zou alles verloren zijn gegaan. Gelukkig werd ik gewezen op het bedrijf Stellar. Dat is ons zeer geoed bevallen. Er was duidelijke communicatie, instructie en een eindrapport. Ook was meteen al duidelijk hoeveel het ging kosten. Het bedrag was flink, maar in ons geval heel veel waard. Een maand later hadden wij een nieuwe externe harde schijf met bijna alle bestanden weer terug, maar een héél klein gedeelte was echt verloren. Wij zijn dik tevreden en raden dit bedrijf ten zeerste aan.

Aug 29,2024I noticed, three days later, that I was charged for an autorenewal of my suscription to Stella Data Recovery for Windows. When I talked to someone online, she was extremely helpful and they cancelled and refunded me with the year suscription. Nonetheless, I cannot say anything about the software but that it did not work for me. I could not save or recover any of the data I had lost.
