Après un choc frontal en voiture, la carte mémoire de ma dashcam était devenue illisible et demandait à être formatée systématiquement sur tous les supports pouvant être testés. Je l’ai confié à des spécialistes en informatique qui m’ont dit que « c’était mort ». J’ai testé Stellar et à ma grande surprise, tous les fichiers de la carte ont pu être récupérés. Vous pouvez donc vous lancer dans ce logiciel, il a fait des miracles pour moi !

Company takes weeks to respond to requests, not days, and didn't do anything to resolve software issues other than recommend that I spend MORE money on their "manual recovery" process. They somehow recovered less data than I had to begin with! They then quit responding altogether until I started threatening to dispute the charge with the credit company, then issued only a partial refund. Avoid at all costs!

Activation code did not work when I just recovered my files and I used online chat to get assistance. Bhaway was so patient to help me install files and gave me activation code. He also stayed on the chat the entire time. We disconnected briefly after moving the chat from phone to desktop PC but he continued to take on the case. Thank you for excellent service.
