Jun 27,2024Ich habe die Software zur Bearbeitung fehlerhafter AVI Dateien gekauft. Diese hat leider nicht die gewünschten Ergebnisse erzielt. 2 Tage nach dem Kauf habe ich Stellar kontaktiert, mit der Bitte das Geld zu erstatten. Bislang werde ich vertröstet, dass sich der deutsche Kundenservice bei mir melden wird. Ich kann jedem davon nur abraten, bei diesem Anbieter Softwarelösungen zu bestellen. Kundenservice Fehlanzeige! Update: nach meiner negativen Rezession wurde der Betrag zurückerstattet.

Jun 26,2024I bought the paid version of the app and yet could not even find the files I was looking for. I try to issue a refund and the website to ask for refund could not even load the site whenever i want to submit the refund. Do not even try to buy it they will not issue a refund when you are disappointed with the purchase

Jun 22,2024Nadat onze server de RAID-configuratie kwijt was geraakt, hebben de mensen van Stellar wonderen verricht. We konden de schijven vrijwel meteen brengen en binnen een paar dagen hadden we resultaat. De herstelde data konden we een dag later op komen halen. Alle belangrijke data was gered!
