Jun 05,2024As RDIT Services Pvt Ltd, we recently had an unfortunate experience with Stellar Data Recovery. We purchased their software for ₹5500, expecting to recover crucial data based on their assurances. However, the software failed to deliver any results. Upon reaching out to their support team, rather than providing a viable solution, we were instructed to pay an additional ₹15000 and send our device to Delhi for further recovery processes. This felt more like a bait-and-switch tactic rather than genuine assistance. The lack of effective support and the additional unexpected costs make it hard to trust or recommend Stellar Data Recovery. Overall, this experience was disappointing and costly, with no data recovered.
