Compre el programa hace algo mas de una semana. Lo compre porque tenia que recuperar unas fotografías de una tarjet SD y me aparecían en el programa. Desde el primer intento se me apaga el ordenar según empieza el proceso de recuperación. He escrito al servicio técnico y no obtengo respuesta. RECTIFICACION: ME HAN INTENTADO SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA Y ME HAN DEVUELTO EL DINERO PAGADO POR EL SOFTWARE
I recently purchased 2 Stellar Products, one of which was Stellar® Repair for Video. It did not work at all. Using the Advanced Repair, the progress bar never moved. I even left the computer on all night- in the morning, still the progress bar was on zero. I took a screen shot opened a ticket for a refund. Instead of the refund ticket giving me a refund, a whole lot of technical data was requested. I supplied all of this. Then I received various emails offering different solutions, and each time I replied saying I just wanted a refund. The latest email says I can upload the files to Stellar to be fixed for $99- when I have already paid for the product!!! I purchased another video tool and it worked perfectly, first time. But Stellar are refusing to refund their product, instead giving me excuses and asking for more money. Stellar seem incapable of understanding that I have now spent more money to buy another product that works. I do not need or want the Stellar product. So, could the person in charge of these things at Stellar respond, and answer 2 simple questions: 1. Why do you offer a "Ticket for Refund" when it does not get you a refund? 2. When will you refund me, since you say you pride yourself on customer satisfaction etc etc.
Swatantra provided as much information as possible to help me get my file in the right hands for manual repair. Responded in a timely manner.
Swatantra helped me remotely to activate the sofware again and now I will recover my pictures. thank you.

Uses random sites to trick you into downloading their software. A very shady practice for what is meant to be a legitimate company. Response: I am not a regular customer, I was forwarded after clicking an unrelated link to your site - where an immediate download was made without my permission. Please reconsider this kind of marketing
