Sep 18,2024Would not recommend subcold fridges, mine stopped working after 2 1/2 years old contacted company for solution, told don’t do repairs, got my own fridge engineer who told me fridge has gas leak and not viable to repair, contacted company who told me that should be able to repair. So in limbo with relatively new but broken fridge. So not a very good fridge.

Sep 17,2024I had my subcold fridge just over 30 days after purchase. Fridge got picked up 2 and a half weeks I had to wait to for delivery to come bk to me really was disappointed as I was without Fridge there was a lot of going bk and fourth with e.mails which was getting me nowhere. I would strongly recommend u do not buy any product from subcold very low on customer care this is the first ever time.e I have written a bad review I have wrote this so others can be aware of lack of customer care and support

Sep 17,2024Super65 (Silver) is the perfect size and visual fit for my needs. Had an issue on delivery (delivered on a Thursday) which was resolved VERY quickly by having a replacement door shipped and delivered by Sunday. Customer support was faultless, highly recommend both the fridge and the support, very pleased I ordered direct.

Sep 16,2024The actual fridge is great, birthday gift for a teen boy, filled with drinks and snacks. So good that my other two kids now want one for their birthdays!! Disappointed in condition it arrived though. I bought one from Subcold via Amazon and it turned up in a ripped and battered box, no outer packaging. I sent it back as it was a gift and ordered directly from their website, thought maybe it was just Amazon. Second one arrived, again no outer box and only marginally in better condition. Maybe an unusual gift but even buying for myself, I would expect to receive anything I’ve spent money on in good condition, including the packaging. Im sure it was done in transit and didn’t leave Subcold in that condition but they definitely need to rethink the lack of packaging.

Sep 11,2024Swift delivery and delivery man was helpful cheerful and polite. The product was delivered in pristine condition. However we were upset when we opened it as we ordered it as SILVER and when it arrives it is SILVER/BLACK.

Sep 08,2024Ordered a new mini fridge for my daughter’s bedroom and it’s amazing. I was a little dubious at first as not heard of them before and I’ve been scammed once before so I’m always wary now. There was a slight delay on the delivery but Subcold kept us informed all the way and I was really happy with the customer service

Sep 04,2024The mini fridge is a nice looking unit over all am happy with it. Here's some pro and cons -Pretty quiet over all, except the thermostat clicking on is noticeable. -Does not seem to be able to get down to the specified temp advertised (3), lowest it goes is 9.5-10 degrees (in a ~24 degree room). -Looks fab and holds a fair amount of cans for its size. Over all I am happy with it, although if it got down to 5 degrees it would be great.

Sep 03,2024I ordered a Subcold Pro 6L Mini Fridge for my daughter’s birthday. Although the delivery was quick, the box was badly damaged and resembled a second hand/used item. I contacted Subcold, they explained the item was not delivered in an outer box to reduce their environmental impact. Their response was robotic and showed no level of customer service in relation to my disappointment. Their solution was I return the item at my cost! Very disappointed, would not recommend.
