Jun 07,2024Fridge was damaged on arrival. Subcold do not exchange damaged items, they only refund so I had to purchase a second fridge and wait for the damaged item to be collected and refunded. Would have been much easier to have a replacement/exchange but apparently that’s “against their policy”.

Jun 03,2024Super easy to order on their website. The item came as described. The pictures for the sub 50 are a bit misleading, but I guess they provided 3 levels as a Choice. You can only use 2 for the sub 50 like in the pictures, but there's one extra in case you want to store bigger bottles, but then you have to take one level out. Anyways still enjoy the purchase and it is for our loft conversion... This way I don't need to come all the way done for a drink. Highly recommended!!
