Dec 07,2023I bought the 15L mini fridge to tide me over while I have a new kitchen being fitted. The appliance has only just been used, having been purchased about 4 months ago. Within a week the mains plug lost a prong in the socket. On contacting customer service my first message was ignored completely, and my chaser message got the reply that the power leads are not covered under the guarantee. After complaining via Trustpilot I received a nice email of concern and apology, plus a new lead was supplied promptly at no further cost to me. Nice to have a personal touch in the tesponse

Dec 05,2023The site was easy to navigate and find the right product. Prices were very competitive. Delivery was FAST. Got the item within 2 days of ordering. The only small negative is that I wish there was a 'this is a gift' option that would result in the packaging being covered/ hidden for delivery as my husband was home when it was delivered and the branding is all over the box - giving away what his Christmas present was almost immediately. Haven't used it yet so can't comment on the product itself but I purchased one of their wine fridges earlier this year and am very happy with it so anticipate this fridge being the same great quality.

Still to early to give product review as I've only had it a couple of days. Only gripe was trying to find the registration page on the Web site,got there eventually.

Dec 15,2023Got it delivered on time in fact it was early. Really nice piece of equipment, looks very classy and the internal LED light finishes it off nicely. I couldn't see anywhere on the Subcold website about replacement LED lights. However, the Subcold Customer Service had said they do sell them.....a bit pricey at £20 plus £5 delivery though. The real test will be further down the line and if the fridge is still working and how Customer Service will be then. So far so good, though
