Nice looking fridge. Although for some reason there is a lot of condensation that appears on the outside of the glass which drips onto the floor. Also, very frustratingly, there is a rack that looks like it should hold 5 wine bottles, but it only seems to take 4! Seems like a very odd design! Not as impressed as I was hoping to be.

The mini fridge I bought which is advertised at going down to 5 degrees does not go down to 5 degrees, it’s best was 6.9 but rests at 8.5 degrees. It is useless to me. I won’t keep perishables over 5 degrees in a fridge. And it’s not doing AS ADVERTISED! The first fridge I got sent I was able to send back, but this one they will not let me send back for a refund as it’s now beyond the time limit for something ‘that I don’t want’ it’s not that I don’t want it, I want a fridge that does as advertised!!! I had tried with my first fridge giving it time to settle, turning it off and on again, changing the dials before and after turning it off. Nothing worked, so I gave up and after a few emails they accepted the fridge back- why this didn’t happen with the next fridge I don’t know- possibly as I asked for a full refund- I had given up. I then got a couple of very poorly worded and spelt emails one at 8.55pm. I hope they read this as I said I would be going to trading standards, and I will as I have spent £100 on a fridge I can’t use as it doesn’t go down to the stated 5degrees. I would never buy from subcold. As you may guess I’m pretty cross about it all. I don’t want to be writing a bad review, but I feel I have to. I see your response regarding hibernating my tortoise. Yes that was my original plan, but I can’t even keep ‘perishables’ in the fridge as you suggested it was for in the email you previously sent me as it is now sitting at 8.9 degrees. I have not put anything new in it, it has the same cans in it that it’s had for over a week, and it’s slowly going up. I cannot keep ‘perishables’ by which I would be thinking ham, prawns, etc in a fridge that is not able to go to 5 degrees, and in fact can’t even hold a temperature at all. As you already took one of the fridges back due to this issue you obviously know there is a problem, as this fridge is doing the same. It is no good and useless. Please organise a return and refund as requested.

Bought just under a year ago and the fridge was fine. Then it stopped cooling so I submitted a claim under warranty but have had no response. Disappointing that they won't even respond to a request for an item that is supposed to be under warranty. Update Subcold advised the email I used isn't in use and are now helping resolve the issue and are sending a replacement. Excellent service.

Drinks cooler arrived on time and was even better than I was expecting, it was extremely well packaged but also very easy to unpack. I opted for a stainless steel finish around the door and it looks brilliant along side my other kitchen appliances and has also freed up loads of space in my normal fridge. I now need to fill it in preparation for Christmas 🎄. I needed to contact service personnel to ask for help setting up my warranty and they were extremely helpful.

Ordering was easy, delivery good and customer service excellent. Had small issue, which was quickly sorted. Customer service, Marie and Jack the technician were brilliant . Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Would certainly recommend the company. Lovingly wine cooler.

I had contact with the company before and when placing my order via email and always received a reply within 30 minutes. I found their representative very helpful and obliging so I have no complaints with customer service. The product arrived and was as described. It looks well built and functions very well. I have been using it for about two weeks and have had no issues. Based on my personal experience I have no hesitation in recommending both the company and the product.

I bought this for my son for Xmas. I emailed you to see if I could leave it packed until Christmas Day then if there was any damage it would be covered under the warranty. I was told no on two occasions it had to be checked within 48 hrs of receiving it. I have had to get my Son to open it & check it. It is fine but bang goes his surprise for Christmas.

Purchased my Subcold Super 85 LED fridge in March 2022, at first the fridge was great, kept beers/juice cold, but I had to constantly defrost it Temperature was set between 3 & 4. Then last week it stopped working completely, power was still getting to it as the light was still switching on. Upon messaging Subcold I was sent out a part to fit for the compressor which I did. When I switched it back on it ran for 3 seconds and then died again, Subcold response is now "its out of warranty, our attempt to fix it was just a goodwill gesture". I expected more from my purchase of £240.00 that the fridge would last longer than 18 months. Upon reading review on Amazon I have found that this appears to be a very common problem. Clearly there is a substandard part in the fridge which leads to breaking down. Steer clear of this one!! *UPDATE* I was sent an overload relay that blew 3 seconds after installation because the problem is with the compressor. Subcold now want a full Engineers report, that along with labour for installing parts I would be cheaper buying a new one!!
