Oct 07,2023Unfortunately my experience has not been good at all and as it currently stands I am out of pocket and still have no item. In a nutshell, an incorrect item was sent to me, I let the company know straight away. I then had to send photos to prove that I had infact been sent the wrong item whilst they told me " We will evaluate it before deciding upon the best course of action to proceed with" (despite it being entirely their mistake). They asked me to return and sent me the return label, but didn't actually send me the return label at all. Chase up again. Return label then gets sent and I need to go to a dpd drop off (nowhere near where I live) to return the item. Waited a few days to track the item and a message is displayed saying the code is incorrect. After inputting the exact code I have been given 10 times, still not correct. Contact Subcold yet again to ask for help. They tell me that "Tracking shows there is no scan at the DPD drop off shop that this parcel was returned" I email back again with a photo of the card DPD gave me on receipt of the item and ask how to escalate my situation as the gift was for my sons birthday which we have now missed and they still haven't answered my question sent on 29/09/23 asking if they even had my correct item in stock. Email responses to me have now stopped it seems and I don't have the item or the money back. EDIT AS UNABLE TO RESPOND TO YOUR REPLY SUBCOLD. I HAVE TAKEN ALL OF THE STEPS YOU HAVE MENTIONED AND CONTACTED YOU ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO NO AVAIL. THIS ITEM WAS ORDERED ON 22ND SEPTEMBER. I STILL DONT HAVE THE ITEM OR A REFUND. JUST THE SAME RESPONSE THAT YOU ARE INVESTIGATING BUT WE ARE GETTING NOWHERE.

Oct 06,2023Fridge looks good. Bought for a bedroom. Has a bright green led light on the back. Even if you cover it, light shines from the area at the back. Noise might be okay if it was steady, but it goes on and off and on and off every few minutes! Lasted 6 nights without sleep before I removed it. Customer service: Yes it’s designed to do that.

Sep 29,2023It’s 11 days since my fridge was delivered. Sadly, just not to me! Subcold have responded on messenger to say I’ll get a refund when DPD deliver it back to them and in the meantime I wait…..

Sep 28,2023I was looking for a fridge that will look good in my new office and I found it. The ordering process was super smooth and I received my new little 15L Subcold fridge the next day....at a weekend as well. I haven't used it properly yet but it's plugged in and looking fantastic. Great build quality and it looks fantastic. So different to a block sat on the worktop. Thank you for such great service. I love it and can't wait to use it properly :-)

Sep 28,2023Fantastic product, very quiet. Keeps our bottles well chilled. Fit’s plenty in and came with a wine rack to hold 5 bottles of wine. Would definitely recommend, also fast delivery ( came the next day) and we were given a very accurate delivery slot. Free delivery also.

Sep 27,2023I purchased a drinks fridge and waited 3-4 weeks before I received it. Once it arrived it had a bent door hinge. I contacted them immediately and they then asked for my order number and I responded accordingly. They then asked for photos of the hinge, serial number off the fridge, packaging pics and pictures of the delivery label (why I don’t know as they had my order number and that knew who they used to deliver it). I did this and they said they would send a new hinge and I am still waiting (2 weeks and 3 emails later)

Took it away with us so that my husband could store his insulin in it and I could keep my cans of diet coke cold, transferring the power between car and hotel room. Was admired by hotel staff.

Oct 08,2023We got the Viva 28 LED wine cooler and so far, we are very pleased with it. It looks good, holds lots of white wine and serves it up chilled. We ordered and the fridge and it was delivered the following day, so no complaints about the service.
