Oct 23,2024I was told by sales my item was to be shipped out 'no later than' a specific date. I needed the item by a certain time. The item ended up not shipping out for an additional 3 days. Miscommunication either to me the customer or within the production.

Oct 19,2024I thought the product was wonderful, and the shipment came on time. The only thing that wasn’t good was the charging process. My debt card got charged the day I purchased a product in pending transactions, then the charge fell off. But I didn’t recognize that, so when I got charged again when the product was delivered I thought I was double charged. The company just needs to send an email about the charging process. So I would not think I was being double charged.
