I would like to add that one of the amazing customer service reps (Vincent C.) took extra steps to assist with an error on my part of the payment side of the order. He responded with five minutes to my email. This is how exceptional they are to work with and have been year after year. Thank you!!

Dec 04,2024The Thanks for all you do Puffer Lunch Bags and the Thanks for Being Awesome water bottles are great! The Essential Part Blossom Beach Set was very cheap looking and I couldn't give to employees as gifts. To return, I was just given an email with where to send it and postage is not refunded along with the item. Not good customer service.

Dec 03,2024I've made several purchases from this company in the past, and everything has usually been fine. However, this time was different. I ordered five sherpa blankets, and instead of being properly packaged, they were just thrown into the shipping box without any plastic wrapping, which I find unsanitary. Additionally, my shipment was missing items that were clearly listed as shipped on the packing slip and in the confirmation email. I also ordered five soup mugs and spoons, which were shipped in styrofoam. I expected them to be individually boxed, as I planned to give them as gifts. Now, I'll have to go out and find boxes that fit. Lastly, I ordered five paperweights that looked great online, but in person, they were unattractive and appeared cheap—definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with this order.
