Nov 19,2024We ordered 7 laser etched decanter sets as corporate gifts with a hard in-hand date. We received the items on schedule, but the order was very flawed. Each of the 7 decanters should've had a different etching but of the 7 we received, only 3 were correct. The other 4 had duplicate etchings. The proofs that were received were 100% correct and approved; I'm not sure how the items we received did not match the proofs that were sent. They are in the process of correcting this error by sending new items free of charge but that doesn't really help when our event has passed without any items in hand.

Nov 13,2024In the past I used the Inspire Your People pocket cards - some of them have been discontinued - this makes me a bit sad, they were part of semester length college course on leadership techniques. Pretty easy to order and its nice to have other motivational options through Successories, but it would be great to get those other pocket cards back and available.
