Mar 04,2011My order arrived after a month (which is totally fine). The only thing was that my nail glitter had opened up and spilled everywhere, not a big deal but one less nail glitter to use. I would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind waiting about a month for their order to come!! Thank yoU!

Mar 03,2011Made a second request, and make sure to send goods to the consumer is very fast, I'm surprised that the wait is almost not necessary. I like it very much. Great store, will buy a lot here. Recommend it to everybody.

Mar 01,2011Ok at first i thought this site was a scam or something like that because the the prices on everything where sooo cheap. So i ordered a ring and waited awhile for it to come (i knew it would take some time. only about 2 maybe 2 and a half weeks). When it came i was like ok so it came but does it work (it was a mood ring)? Then when i saw that it did that's when i knew that this site was awesome and that i was going to be ordering from them a lot more. This site has great customer service and again the prices are so low. love the site. love the products. well buy again!

Feb 21,2011I biugth in this web a Sony ECM-DS70p Mini Microphone. The delivery time is ok 20 days after bougth. Adn they have a service coustomer if you have a problem. I buy in others web similars and I think this is a good option. Thay have good prices.

Feb 12,2011After a long wait, we finally received our items and now we're happy. My husband loves his belt and I love the watch I purchased. My son was astonished with what I purchased for him. :) Now I purchased more items from Suntekstore. I hope it won't take too long as the previous items. But it's ok, as long as my merchandise would really reach me. Suntekstore is a legit online store.

Jan 30,2011Suntekstore is nice on-line shop with free shipping. I already bought several products on Suntekstore and always arrived here in excellent condition. I had a problem with delivery but with an email and a quick friendly response a replacement was dispatched and sent. Also "Grab-A-Freebie" thing is awesome! I give them five stars and recommend them to friends.

Jan 11,2011Ships defective item. I returned and they claim they did not receive. How convenient. Now they get to keep my money. Looks like from other complaints, I'm not the only one they have done this way. Wish I had searched for this website before I purchased.

Jan 10,2011Suntek's prices were the best and their shipping was reasonable - which was not the case for most suppliers of this very lightweight and small item. The delivery time was a little long but they got here. Good value.

Aug 20,2010I decided to order a Rubik's Mirror Blocks Cube from this store (since it was out of stock @ the place I was originally going to order it from). Maybe 20 minutes after I place the order I tried to log in and change the address (since I forgot to place the PO BOX number) but there was no edit option or anything. I then realized that the site said it may take longer than a month for the product to reach its destination. Since I was ordering it to arrive @ my boyfriend's location (who was out of town for only a month), this was unacceptable. So I emailed Sunekstore and asked them to please cancel the order (I planned to order it when he moved). Remember this was all within the same hour. I get an email DAYS later asking if I want to cancel the order because their stock is damaged. I said yes, the next email I get asks if I'm sure I can't wait another day. I say please cancel it and they email me back saying it was already shipped. Apparently canceling isn't a real option. I then asked them what if it's the wrong address (because it is) and they tell me just to call the post office. Since I don't live there, and my boyfriend already left how in the world am I supposed to know that?! Worst purchase experience ever. Icing on the cake: none of the responses I've received were proofread. I'll stick to major sites from now on. As others have said, it's cheap for a reason aka shipping times and bad service.

On two occasions the items received were faulty but the customer service staff was very responsive to my complaint and immediately sent replacements without any questions. The online customer service staff is also very helpful in answering queries. Talk to Meeya and you will know what I mean. I will buy from them in future also and recommend this site to my friends. Jul 02,2010Ordered a mobile phone on a famous auction site in the Uk, it arrived but was faulty. E-mailed them and returned to their UK address which they acknowledged.Had weeks of excuses, 2 weeks to return to Hong Kong, still in customs etc. Still no sign despite numerous e-mails and letters. I wish I had seen this website earlier!

Jun 14,2010I paid for my lenses but still didnt hear anything from them , they still didnt ship my order , the phone nr . on the home page can only be used if you live in the UK . I dont live in the UK . I sent them at least 20 emails but they didnt answer ... Very bad service , I dont know if they will ship my order ... Right now it looks like they are totally ignoring me .... Very bad Dont buy there .

May 25,2010I should listen to all these guys about this company, but the cheap price did the job and I ordered a charger. It has been more than a month and a half and still have got nothing. On my request to a support about the item I got an email with information how to login on their page and a request not to write them back. I didn't ask for this! I wanted to know where is the item for which I've paid. With the same success they could send some news about Somalia or interview with Sarah Jessica Parker. I should listen to all these guys below...

May 20,2010A laptop replacement battery advertised by Suntek as compatible with Dell Inspiron 9400 arrived but my computer would not recognise it. Suntek advice was to alter the BIOS of my computer system by downloading software ( I was to find this myself). When I said I was not technically proficient to do this I was advised to get Dell technical assistance - sure I might as well have bought the blinking battery from Dell in the first place. To get a refund I would have to pay the non-refundable postage myself (somewher between 10 and 20 euro) - I think I can guess what would happen next. MY ADVICE IS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Despite having a .UK address they are based in China - communication is very difficult and clearly some items are not as advertised. Why didn't I see this site before I purchased! Clar

Apr 27,2010(SUNTEKSTORE BEWARE PLEASE AVOID THEY ARE NOT BASED IN THE UK) I bought a XBOX case from them waited to receive the parcel, it never came contacted PAYPAL and put it into dispute. Was contacted by saying that they would send it if I closed the claim closed the claim and Never received the item, Contacted Consumer Direct and was told that the Web Site was based in canada The address in the UK was a royal deopt address and the items being sold came from China. Please dont make the mistake I did if you buy of this company you have no one to turn to and will lose your money.

Apr 10,2010I have placed three orders with Suntekstore and have always received the items and they were as advertised. Very satisfied with their products, especially the price and the free shipping. it usually takes @ 3 weeks to get my order but I guess with the free shipping you shouldn't expect quick delivery. Overall a great place for bargains, lots of products just get ready for the 3 week wait for delivery.

Mar 26,2010I was certainly doubtful that this site was legit, but my fears were unfounded. I have had a great experience. Lots of complaints I've read concern the location in Hong Kong and slow shipping times - but both of these facts are VERY clearly stated on the website. If you want it fast, this is not the right site for you, but if you want it cheap, it can't be beat. I had a concern, and the customer service responded to my question, and addressed my concern w/in 24 hours. I will certainly order from this company again.

Mar 22,2010Just to make potential customers aware, that is not a fulll refund regarding the damage that has been caused to the camera, Its a full refund for the case only - £2.54. Which does not really 'scratch the surface' when you compare it to the cost of the problem caused to the camera. Despite pictures being sent of both the damage and the defect to the product as requested by Suntekstore.
