Feb 18,2010I ordered a product and was told it would be 3-5 days shipping if I paid an extra 15 dollars, which I did. It turns out I'll be waiting 2-3 weeks. Total rip off, and they don't reply to emails. Also, the tracking number they gave me isn't valid, so I don't know if I'll ever get what I paid for, let alone in 3-5 days.

Dec 24,2009No problems with Suntek. Placed two separate orders in late November. Got very quick email confirmation followed by email notification of dispatch. First order- 3 items of clothing arrived about 2 weeks after posting. Second order – electronic gizmo, only arrived today – sent email on 22 Dec asking why late and got personal reply, suggesting volume of mail at Christmas was the problem. Turns out the postman got the house number right but delivered to the wrong street, so can’t blame Suntek. Good prices, OK quality products, reasonable delivery time from Shenzhen, Guangdong, China + free postage.

Nov 26,2009Prices are good if you don't mind ordering things you do not need. Ordered hdmi cables two weeks ago and still haven't received them. Checked my order status today and says shipped 2 hours ago. Seems like they ship out orders at their convenience. I will not order from there again and suggest the same. UPDATE*** Ships from hong kong, BEWARE.

Mar 16,2010I ordered a charger for a 20GB ipod and received the wrong one, I reordered and paid for it and received a defective one, I contacted them and ended up paying for another one and never received it,. I have emaied them about 6 times and a rep named Ivy keeps telling me it is coming. Well it is 5 months and never received it and numerous emails and nothing. This company is in need of new staff, also spoke to Stone and he promised and never received anything. All I want is my stuff.
