Jan 09,2025Palm Plaza Hotel Marrekech, Poor Location 90% of shops across from hotel which were built approx 12 years ago barricaded up and not open. Area tired and disrepair. Service very poor in main bar area which was not busy . Hotel is souless .... Should not be advertised as 5 Star

Jan 09,2025Why is necessary to make an appointment? Front office? Our debit card with TSB use 2.5k limit for protection. Could not pay 4589 by using/splitting our 2 cards! Your system broke down during payment at your office.

Jan 09,20253 ladies in our party travelled to Morocco all inclusive Christmas week .We stayed at the wonderful Iberostar Founty Hotel in in Agadir .21st to 28thDecember. Things were almost perfect great friendly staff etc. However arriving late evening after our long journey,dining room closed and just a few salads in the chilled cabinet,We went in and tried to take some stale bread to eat . There was a staff change over and they were keen to get us checked in and pay our tourist tax. That was it ,they pointed to the dining room ,now completely cleared and set for breakfast. We asked directions to our rooms ,and again pointed across the lobby ,We took our bags and set off and walked down steps,up in a lift ,then walked some more .It would have been much better if we were taken across the complex as we found out next day much quicker and easier route from our rooms . My point is we were expected as we had booked and arrangements should be made for late comers. This really spoiled the very start of our lovely Christmas break. The rest of week was so nice in every way ,Thank you

Jan 06,2025We went to Lapland at the start of December. Flew from Dublin to Rovenimi and stayed in the SKY hotel. It was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in and were greeted by our elves Misty and Pixie. It was non stop for 2 nights 3 days. My 5 year old loved every second. The elves kept us entertained throughout. On the 3 hr flight, every bus ride we played games and they were always playing with the kids or happy chatting to the parents. Our Elf in Lapland was Rudolf and he was amazing. So patient with the kids, always happy to play. The elves really immerse themselves in the role and seem to love it just as much as the kids. All the elves were fantastic and work tirelessly to ensure an amazing experience. Amzing energy! The hotel, excursions and Santa's visit were all first class. The hotel was small but lovely and we didnt spend a lot of time there. The sauna in our room was amazing. There was so much crammed into our three days. We feel like we really got to see everything. We have wonderful memories from Lapland and we highly recommend traveling with Sunway.

Jan 05,2025Amazing trip to lapland from start to finish. Eileen and the elves were amazing. Couldn't do enough for everyone and all the children loved it, as did the adults. Stayed in sokos hotel in Levi. Would highly recommend this trip if you can afford to go. And we got engaged there to.

Jan 10,2025We booked a cruise through Alice, she was very detailed in the information she gave which was so good as we haven't been on a cruise before e.g. room location, best side of the ship to be on, balcony recommendation. She was enthusiastic and genuinely lovely.
