Oct 28,2024On the day we booked the holiday, we had booked with abbey travel online, after I got my booking confirmation, abbey travel rang me and said they could not honour the booking and the holiday went up €1000. I cried and told them I didn’t have that kind of money. So they cancelled my holiday. I rang sunway and spoke with a lovely girl called Daisy (I think) and she put me at ease and we got the holiday booked, answered all my questions. She has such a lovely calming personality. Thank you

Oct 26,2024Super relaxing stylish hotel loved everything about it actually. Nice pool and good gym, great selection of food for breakfast each morning, beds and pillows were super comfy and helpful friendly staff on reception. We would definitely stay at Innside Alcudia hotel again no problem and would recommend this hotel to everyone as its also in a good location close to everything nearby. We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Alcudia and the weather for the week was really lovely and it was sunny every day and still quite warm for October which was an added bonus. Only negative I have about our holiday is that on our 4th day while waiting at the local bus stop to get the bus into Alcudia old town to visit the market etc, I was pickpocketed and had my wallet stolen which contained €170 in cash plus debit/credit cards, driving licence etc by a Spanish woman and her accomplice's and it kind of ruined our day as we never got to the market to go shopping after that unfortunately. Apart from that bit of bad luck after being robbed by local thieves and scammers which thankfully I refused to let ruin our last few days in Alcudia overall we had a nice relaxing holiday.
