Comparing bookings from past experiences with other companies. Sunway has been by far the best . You get to speak with an agent and information is passed on clearly and with a good knowledge of process . You have an agent answering when you ring not a robot . This for me was extremely important. When one makes a call they are dealt with over the phone. This in my opinion is the only way to do business. All in all a pleasure to do business with Sunway .

When I originally called the office I spoke to Lisa who was so accommodating, she listened to our requirements and had 2 quotes over to me in minutes. I slept on it and called the office back on Friday and spoke to another amazingly friendly consultant Nicki, who took my details over the phone and took our deposit and was very informed when I was asking some add on questions about the resort we are staying in. Always great to support an irish owned company too.

I have used Sunway for a few years now and i could not be happier, we took a cruise last year for the first time so had many many questions, the support we got was fantastic and really gave us some peace of mind. Very special thanks to Tracy McCluskey for all her support. We booked another cruise for this year as we had just an amazing time last year.
