I was incredibly impressed at the fine attention to detail by Swiitch's team - every small detail was picked up on and chased, and when the inevitable crunch came towards the end of our slightly convoluted chain, both Lia and Sarah inspired confidence that things would get sorted. Handled everything without any issues given that I'm a control freak, I do like to chase everything along but she always seemed to have handled everything already. Wouldn't go anywhere else if I had to sell another house plus the no sale no fee pays for itself as my first sale fell through.
